I would recommend taking the time to go to the Weirton location. Food is still over priced but at least the staff isnt incredibly rude and the orders are accurate. I waited half an hour to get an order that cost nearly $40 to feed 5 of us and when the order was wrong I took it inside and politely asked for what I paid for. When the cook brought my food to me (NOT IN A BAG) she slid the tacos across the country and said, "3 taco supreme, NO lettuce no tomato AGAIN!" AS if I were running some sort of scam for 3 extra tacos!!! I couldnt believe how incredibly rude she was and chose to go to the Weirton location when my family wants Taco Bell. I have not and will not return to this location, but its always been clean inside and well stocked which is why I gave 2 stars.

Over a 15 minute wait to get my order that I went inside because the line at the drive thru wasnt moving. Get food home to find taco shell for salad was stale not to mention the tortilla strips, beans and rice were also border line inedible. Tried over an hour to call store to speak with someone and line constantly busy..probably others complaining or they took phone off hook. Worst experience ever at this store. Need to check you times/temps on your stock and maybe retrain your staff. Only getting one star because only way it will let me post

The staff is very friendly and polite. There is however always a wait but thats because theyre always busy. Any time my orders been wrong & there hasnt been many times , theyve made it right with no problem. I just wish theyd get the green sauce back. They had it a long time ago and then stopped carrying it and then they got it back only to get rid of it again. Everybody loves that green sauce. We want it back!

I need to find a zero star rating. Two nights in a row, night one wrong food. Night two, I have a few pictures on FB of the saddest Taco I have ever seen in my life. If you can not provide a quality product, please close. I really wish I could upload the picture of their food so you could see it.

This place is much better than the Mcdonalds down the street. I would suggest that you save your money and gas stopping here. The employees are much nicer and are happy to serve you at any time.

They have 3 people working and its a half hour wait on your food. The employees are shorthanded and overwhelmed. The owners of this establishment really should be ashamed of themselves! !!

Sat in the drive through for about a half hour. The food isnt worth paying this much for. Seeing as though youll go through an 8th of a tank of gas waiting.

Honestly this very well could be the best taco bell in the food chain. Everything is always fresh and the employees are always on point with everything.
