Today my wife and I stopped at Burger king in Cape Canaveral fla. we asked for 2 woppers, and 5 of the 10 piece chicken deals they got going on for $1.49 the girl gives us our Woppers and says go sit down shell bring out the chicken.. We eat our whoppers and 15 min later no chicken so i go up to the counter and ask about the chicken nuggets we were suppose to get at Least 15 min ago. About 5 min later theybring me a bag with 10 chicken nuggets in it, I said there must be a Mis understanding I ordered 5 X 10 pc chicken nuggets, 2 for my wife 2 for me and 1 for the dog out in the car.. The girl looks at me says look you only asked for 10 and thats all I charged you for, and that because I cant afford 5 x10 piece chicken specials dont expect burger king to give them to you... Now I dont ever get loud in public, BUT I SAID OUR YOU OUT OF YOUR FRIGGON MIND? TO TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, THE MANAGER HEARD ME AND COMING OUT OF HIS OFFICE, SHE CATCHES HIM AND SAYs THIS CRAZY GUY IS TRYING TO GET NUGGETS FREE!!! OMG NOW IM TWICE AS PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE TURNS BACK TO ME AND SAYS IF YOU STILL WANT THE OTHER 4 ILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR THEM BECAUSE SHE DIDNT CHARGE ME!!!!! THEN THE MANAGER BACKED HER UP AND SAYS DO YOU WANT TO PAY FOR 4 MORE??? I SAID FIRST off if this Is not ME GETTING PUNKED OR DOES BURGER KINGS TRAINING REALLY TEACH YOU TO BE DISRESPECTFUL AND STUPID? I SAID SECOND OFF THIS DIDNT HAVE TO GO SO FAR, IT COULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE IM SORRY LETS RING THOSE UP AND ILL GET THEM RIGHT OUT TO YOU, DONE MISTAKES HAPPEN.. THERE WERE 3 FAMILYS IN LINE BEHIND ME THAT GAVE ME AN APPLAUSE AS THEY SAY WHAT THE YOUNG GIRL HAD SAID TO ME..THIS BECAME SUCH AN ISSUE BECAUSE A TEENY BOPPER JUDGED ME FOR BEING IN OLD JEANs AND MY T SHIRT INSIDE OUT, MAYBE I LOOKED HOMELESS.. BUT GUESS WHAT EVEN HOMELESS PEOPLE DESERVE SIMPLE RESPECT........... That girl should have been sent home for at least the night !!!!!! ok BREATH IN BREATH OUT INHALE EXHALE, THINK CALM THOUGHTS.... LOL OK NOW IM OVER IT...

I was in a hurry to get to the office, only having 15 minutes before my next meeting. I went through drive through not 15 minutes ago and had an important phone call. The Drive thru order asked if she could help, and I couldnt answer her, she asked again in hesitation and I coy fully mentioned I needed to be a little patient since I was in an important phone call. I get that theyre not used to be asked for patience but I really did have to take the call. I would like to thank the Drive thru staff today for being so nice and understanding of my hurried day, since certainly they work just as hard and may even have more responsibilities. I thank you (red hair lady) and the rest of the staff because every time I do have the luxury of time to eat (at all) , the staff there has always been kind and welcoming, and the food fresh, hot and exquisite. Thank you again!

Being pregnant and wanting a light snack this place is the worst drive through in coco.... The guy taking orders cannot even manage to listen carefully to our order and charged us so much that I had to go inside and make them fix my order.... These employees looked at me dumb founded and once completed they decided not to compensate me.. What the crap is that?? Again they looked DUMB founded and looked at their manager who is lost at this time. Smh the set up and customer service at this location is by far the worst... Plus the manager who fixed my order did not use gloves WTF, OMG!!! She was lucky I was in a good mood, Id jump over the counter and knock the flap outta her

Happened to be in this area on Thanksgiving and didnt think about everything being closed. They were open at breakfast, which was awesome and we appreciated it. Food was fresh and not greasy. They ran out of sugar packets so the girl in drive through gave me sugar in a cup which I thought was awesome given that most places would just shrug and say they were out. They were also out of napkins so they cut paper towels instead of saying they were out. Improvising in customer service to make sure your customers are satisfied is a big deal and goes a long way. Thanks for being open on Thanksgiving so we could grab something to eat.

They dont even deserve a 1 star. Any fast food restaurant should be about customer service and not just a hourly job. First of all there window says they open daily at 6 a.m. not 7a.m.!! Second of someone is standing at a drive through window, you should eknowledge them and answer whether your open or closed,not give a site look over your shoulder and ignore them. Terrible service place. GUESS THIS IS WHY MCDONALDS RIGHT ACROSS THE ST. STAYS BUSY AS A 24 HOUR TOURISM FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!! *****PAY ATTENTION YOU MIGHT LEARN A THING OR TWO, IDIOTS****

People write Google reviews for one of two reasons—they either loved an experience or were so ticked that they had to vent somewhere. Well, consider this review a result of the latter. After waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru line (at 9:30pm with no other customer in sight), our drinks were flat, our order was wrong and the french fries tasted so bad that a little piece of my soul died later that night. So consider yourself warned; eat here and part of your soul will die too.

BEWARE, Worst service ever... Night server that worked on 08/01/2017 was horrible. We drove off after he accused us of changing the order on him. He had a huge attitude and talked over us as we were ordering. You can hear him sighing and bickering as we ordered. Definitely a language barrier as he was hard to understand, but, he wanted to sit there and argue with us. No thanks! McDonalds is right next door.

drink machine broken. waited 15 min for the overwhelmed staff to get my order all wrong. waited another 15 min for what turned out to be cold haphazardly tossed together food and my order was still incomplete and incorrect. I wouldnt go back here if they paid me. the cashier handed me a free whopper card that can only be used within this franchise. no thanks

we went to burger king tonight and it was terrible. the food was cold, they messed the order all up and shorted us a whopper with cheese which i fully expect to be reimbursed for but nobody answers the phone in this place. very poorly managed and they dont seem to care about their customers at all. very poor.

Fast and friendly service. They have great deals. Why I felt compelled to write a review because the counter workers always seem to be in a good mood and I enjoy the soft drink selections during a hot day. Cheap and fast eats for the vacationers.

Fast friendly service and the cooking staff makes a balanced burger. Not too much of this or that. Clean in here too. Spacious and close to the beach.
