If I could give negative stars I would, just everything about this place is bad. Its messy, some of the stuff is broken, service is slow which by the way I could write a book on how bad the service was, and they dont even have the hours right online it says they are open til midnight when they are only open til 11. The service though OMG is it the worst I have received, I think out of anywhere ever! When I order they are trying to talk over me rushing me and constantly ask in the middle of my order "is that it" in a very rude tone. Then they usually dont get the order right, luckly I usually get all of my food except for the fries hot, others are not so lucky. I really could go on and on about some of my experiences here but just know too they are very very very slow. The only reason I have been there more than once is because I have a gift card.

And yet another experience with another fast food restaurant. I must be a glutton for punishment, after leaving the McDonalds in Satellite Beach I decided to go to Burger King in Satellite Beach only to be disappointed by the chicken fries which were limp and half the box was empty. Then to add to the disappointment, I order a chocolate shake and get chocolate syrup at the bottom of what looks like some mixture of ice cream and frappe. It was horrible to say the least! I just think fast food restaurants need a complete overhaul in customer service and food quality because this is ridiculous!

While I like Burger King, Id be very careful before ordering the croissant breakfast sandwich. My son got really bad food poisoning this morning from eating a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant at the Indian Harbour Beach Burger King on A1A. I eat there all the time, but have avoided any croissant because I have also gotten mild food poisoning twice when eating the sausage egg and cheese croissant there. I dont think its the branch -- I think its the egg in the sandwich -- and since its happened a total of three different times -- I would advise against taking the chance.

Ordered a Double Whopper with heavy mayo and cut in half meal, inside. The woman who took my order had a very careless attitude as if she hated where she worked or something. Anyways I sit down to eat and the burger they gave me had no mayo, Wasnt cut in half, And was a single patty. Not double. I cant believe the service I received here. Not to mention the manager was refilling the ice in the soda machine as I was filling my drink up. Didnt even say excuse me or anything. Was very rude bumping into me as he was filling ice. Worst experience Ive ever had.

I am a worker at a burger king so I expect the most out of any burger king. I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and a value onion ring. I also asked for them fresh. When I got my food neither the chicken or the onion rings were fresh, but I personally did not have time to turn around and come back. The cashier did not even put on the ticket that I wanted it fresh. The girl and I even had a conversation on how the food tastes better fresh. I am very disappointed that I didnt get what I asked for.

The worst wi-fi experience ever. In order to access it you have to go thru a 3 minute advertisement for ATT products!!! then it redirects you to a browser. 22 minutes later, after finishing my 2 burgers I still could not load Google. Their wi-fi reception was almost non existent. Almost like a dial up connection. Well, here I am at Starbucks, with complete wi fi reception in less than 30 seconds of logging on. Wont be back there for a quick dinner and email check!

Always horrible. Just went through the drive thru on a Friday night at 11pm was completely ignored at first. When I finally do get an answer on the phone they tell me, Sry were closed. Worst service ever. Management and stuff should all be replaced and fired. For years I have went there and for years its been ran half assed. Indian Harbour Beach location should be shut down in my opinion. Will never go there again.

Went by today and there were paper signs on the drive through just saying "Closed -Management". There were some people inside, possibly workers, but there were alarms going off and the back door was wide open. Went again and the drive through speaker was out of service. Drive through in the rain isnt covered enough, soaked the inside of drivers side.

If I could give 0 stars I would. That cant get a order right to save their lives! Slow slow slow! And the customer service sucks. They treat you like your bugging them. Someone needs to clean house! I worked fast food for year... its not hard.... yup just got food home and it wrong and cold.

Best burger in Brevard. The buns are fresh, huge and delicious. So as the meat and vegies. Order the 2 for $10 meal that comes with chips and drinks. So good. Its filling and yummy. Nice clean place and very friendly staff I felt like a king.

Slow service got order correct on reciept after several attempts then forgot several items only to find out several items were wrong yet or replaced with different items than ordered overall sloppy and distasteful
