Bad experience at this location. They messed up the order twice. We ordered two little cheeseburgers and charged us for one regular cheeseburger and one little cheeseburger. I questioned the higher cost than normal and asked if their prices had gone up. The cashier didnt respond. So after sitting down I looked at the receipt and noticed the error. I took it back to be changed. He gave me a dollar back which was not the correct difference in price. It should have been more. One of the reasons the cashier couldnt get the order right was because the music was way too loud. Obviously, he couldnt hear my wifes voice clearly. So we finally get the burgers. My wifes burger had mustard on it instead of ketchup, which was on the ticket. We finish eating and I go to the Mens room. The toilet is clogged and almost runs over. I tell the cashier about it on the way out the door and she doesnt apologize for the problem. This crew flunked the grade in my opinion. Management needs to retrain these people on customer satisfaction. And please turn down that music!!

Ive never had a bad burger from here. Theyre fries are outstanding, too. In fact, I cant imagine a better burger joint. They are a little over the top, though, in a couple of ways. First, you cant get a small fry here, I dont care what they call the sizes. Their smallest one will feed two, if not three people. Their smallest bacon cheese burger, their smallest fry, and a large drink came to $13.50. Really? Their food is great but that seems a little pricey. Thats why there is a star missing.

Its kind of hard to give a review of interest on a chain/franchise that is, by design, like every other franchise (following a specific formula, to the letter). So, unsurprisingly, this Five Guys is like retry much every other one Ive been to. BUT, I will say this: this store was clean clean clean. I liked that. Our service was good- burgers were great. No complaints.

This is not a great one. Weve gotten orders messed up, soggy fries, and lackluster service when were run into issues. Overall Five Guys is our favorite griddle burger, and unfortunately this just happens to be the closest one to us. So five stars for Five Guys (when theyre at their best), but minus 2 stars for experiences at this location.

There were 7 people working there and hardly any customers, yet it took a long time to get served. My bacon cheese burger didnt have any bacon on it. The burger was quite flavorless. The fries were on the greasy side. The in house stereo sounded like it had a blown speaker. Go to Smash burger instead.

$8.50 for a Bacon cheeseburger. Totaled $13.50 w a sml fry and a WATER. At this Price you need TO BRING IT. Fries limp, too dark to be limp.got me. They filled the bag up w them as well.ha. This is a blue color joint w High end prices. Couldnt afford to take a family there.

Great burgers & even better fries! Be sure to ask for clarification about the burgers on their menu if its your first time visiting. What looks like a regular burger on the menu is most likely going to get you a double burger. So be prepared like a boyscout.

The service was very good, limited wait time. The employees were knowledgable about Five Guys and were very helpful. My burger (bacon cheeseburger w/ grilled onions, jalapenos, bbq sauce and light mayo) was DELICIOUS. One of the best burgers Ive ever had.

This is my favorite place to go for a quick bite on my way home. a medium fry is enough for two to share, or for one to use as an entire meal ^_^ Free Peanuts in the shell are a great plus too ^_^

The best "chain hamburger" in Charlotte. Expertly cooked and the fries as always, top notch! Worth the price for the quality of the burger. Definitely recommend Five Guys.
