First Watch is a chain of breakfast places with fresher and better food than you would ever hope to get at an IHOP or Dennys. There are many options for breakfast besides the normal fare. I recommend the Chickichanga to new people and the Market Veg omelette to vegetarians. Many healthy options here as well. You dont have to be worried about breaking your diet to eat out with family. This location seems newer and is decorated in that "dressed-down, city chic. sort of style. We went at a very busy time on a Saturday and had a 30 minute wait for a table and a 20-30 minute wait for food. Service was ok. The waitress was nice but very busy and water was given to us as an afterthought. She was, however, happy to accommodate any of the needs we had quickly. I cant complain. The food was tasty and the coffee was plenty and delicious. Bottom line: Go here for a breakfast or brunch with your family. Its a nice environment with affordable, tasty foods.

The food here the beyond good. I have been several times and I have never been disappointed until today. The food again was everything I expected and more but for the first time I had the worst service ever! The gentleman who greeted us could barely get out a grunt for a hello. We waited 15 minutes before a server came to take our order, then another 20 minutes before we received our food. I could see if the restaurant was packed but at best it was at about a quarter of its capacity. There was no apology for the delay. The waitress never checked on us again except to hand us our checks without a thank you. The gentleman that seated us processed us out at the checkout. He never uttered a word other than this is your total. To be clear we were a table to 3 with two checks.

We went there on Thursday morning Walking in we heard customers complaining about the service saying " services was horrible " But we still decided to stay. Majority of tables were still dirty from previous customers!!! And to mention that there were only 3 tables with customers. It took 15 minutes until our waiter came to ask about drink then another 10 about food! We waited overall 45 minutes for food. Keep in mind that only 6 people were in whole restaurant! We ask for extra napkins and he simply forgot. Leaving the restaurant the tables outside...actually all of them were full of dirty dishes! It is a shame that such a good restaurant will ruin business! Well still come to first watch but definitely not to this location! Whoever the manager is should be fired on the spot.

What happened to first watch? this used to be a great place for breakfast and now its been taken over by hipster trash. The decor is awful and makes everything loud I could barely talk to my husband over the sounds from the kitchen and the food coming from the kitchen is now completely tasteless..the staff was brisk and bland as well everything was just so whitewashed. I truly hope this isnt how all first watches are becoming because what it was before was much better.

I have found my new favorite breakfast place! I had the AM Superfood Bowl and it was amazing! The coconut chia pudding, the jam, the house made granola, the fresh fruit... best breakfast I have has in a LONG time! The toast with almond butter and sea salt on the side was the perfect companion and was very tasty as well! This will be the place I recommend to anyone whos looking for a place that serves quality and deliciousness! I will be back for more!!

If youre looking for breakfast food that wont sit heavy on your stomach, First Watch is the place to go. They have the staples like waffles, hash browns, and eggs, but their recipes feel fresher and healthier than many of their peers. And if you dont have a lot of time to spare, they can get you in and out in less than a half hour, provided there is no wait for a table.

My mother and I went here this morning and were COMPLETELY IGNORED!! This is the first time we set foot in here and with in 10 minutes of being here we were completely passed up, no one said a word to us or asked us to sit or said "how many?" I am very disappointed with how we were treated and will not be returning. VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION!!

Im so glad this place opened in my neighborhood. Its delicious and healthy and even a little indulgent! Its run like a well-oiled machine with very professional, efficient, and courteous employees. You may have to wait a bit, but youre provided delicious coffee gratis and the wait is worth it once seated! Try it and enjoy!

Unnecessary wait ! We me and my fiancé could see plenty of open tables. After the fifteen minute wait were sat . We then waited for aprox another fifteen minutes , while another couple was sat and served drinks before we were even asked what we would like to drink. Needless to say we didnt wait around any longer...

So, my take on First Watch is that the food is good, and if organic is important to you, well worth it. Personally I though, thats not a priority. I like a fairly simple breakfast, and I can get that elsewhere for much cheaper. Thats not to run down FW, they do a great job, Im just not their target market.

I had this: BAJA TURKEY BURGER A lean white-meat turkey patty with avocado, organic mixed greens, housemade pico de gallo, mayo and Horseradish Havarti on a brioche bun. 8.59. It was the best sandwich I remember having, seriously. Yes, the prices are a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients is A+.

Nice selection. If your expecting the lumberjack or carnivorous breakfast your in the wrong place. Still a good place with health selection and they have a limited juice bar. A good place for a filling breakfast. Prices are a little higher but portion are better makes it a great start to anyday.

I had the trifecta. Pancakes were good and hearty. Iced coffee was nice too. Its cold brew. Decor is very trendy and cute but made the place a bit loud bc of the echo. Parking was very difficult and we had to wait about 10 min for someone else to leave so we could get their spot.

Man this place was great! Loved their special menu. Tried the corn cake pancake with jalapenos and chorizo. Food was fresh and locally sourced, didnt feel like production line food. Im happy to see they have locations in Philly, so Ill be sure to check them out up here.
