I didnt even give them my business but unfortunately 1 star is my only option. Around 6:15 in the evening, my boyfriend and I were driving up to this TB to get some grub, and my window was down and I noticed two women workers outside lollygagging around and as I was trying to pull around into the drive through she yells "WERE CLOSED, WERE CLOSED" "Hahahaha" acting completely unprofessional, and I literally yelled out of my window saying that obviously you dont need my business and called her out. She started yelling back at me like I DID something wrong- in the end we went to Arbys I called the shop tonight and asked for a manger and conveniently thats who picked up "so they say" and they said she told her about it and she said dont do that, but if that woman was smart she wouldnt have told her joss to begin with that she drove off business so Im pretty sure it was her that picked up the phone. Place is a joke!! Obvisously she doesnt need a paycheck so badly :)

Normally an awesome experience but they completely trashed my order. I know what asked for isnt on the menu but they and others have been serving regular BEEF buritos forever. I questioned why my bill is $3.00 its usually 5. They repeated what I asked fo thay should raise a flag when a customer questions the price, and what I got was rice and fritos and nothing else on my buritos. Horrible I may not go back very very disapointed. I know if I call them it would do no good. #checkyourorder before leaving

Wish I had the store number to leave a bad review but lost my receipt. Young light skin girl with an attitude messed up every aspect of my order. Put sour cream on things that werent supposed to have it, forgot an item, gave us no napkins, didnt say sorry when she forgot things, I had to ask two times for sauce and she handed us two packets for four items. Rudest service Ive ever received. I used to praise this Taco Bell but now Im never going back

Normally pretty understand. Stuff happens, stuff runs out. Husband ordered a 5 dollar box with a Supreme taco, that was just meat and cheese. And ordered me a double decker taco meal deal. Was informed a head of time there was no lettuce. But was given a hard shell taco in just a soft shell. No refried beans between the two. How does that step even get missed? It was just a very poor experience and this isnt the first time. But this was just bad.

What a terrible Taco Bell. Always out of everything. They were or of straws a few months ago. I dont think theyve ever had mild sauce. I was told once it was too late (8:30pm) to make a chalupa. And not to mention the rude staff. I really like Taco Bell, and go out of my way to avoid this one. The other one in Canal is much better, just a few minutes more to get to. Nice, polite employees. And they never run out of anything.

Cant give your order through the drive through without being cut off every 3 seconds, leading them to get my orders wrong almost every time. Very rude costumer service when at the window. Got home and my Doritos locos tacos were both missing there paper holders, and one of them was cracked completely in half. Will be going to the one on main from now on

Been here twice in the last 3 months. Both times fast and friendly service, unlike the neighboring McDonalds. Taco Bell is always sloppy, so it would be hard to tell if my food was poorly made, and I wouldnt care as long as I got it in under 30 minutes. Just had the new Frito box, a big improvement, the other recent box combos were horrible.

doesnt appear to be to clean - I live right down the road BUT travel 4 miles to the other Taco Bell on Main St because the two times Ive been to this one in the last year they forgot half my order the first time & the second they said they didnt have any more chalupas!! I was craving them so I was very upset.!.

The service was extremely slow, they almost forgot our tacos, we got them and then they forgot our change. We called when we realized it and they hung up on my wife. We called back and they told us to come up there. So we did just to be told theres nothing they can do about it. We will not be returning.

I just went in the restaurant the act like i wasnt even there...i stood at the counter about 5 ppl came to the counter and didnt say anything...after about 10 min i was standing there someone said did someone take my order....i just walked out....so sad....really taco bell u hire ppl like them ok

Terrible staff, food is always wrong, people are rude. EXCEPT Teena in the drivethru.. she is always nice. I dread going thru if she isnt working though. And dont dare go inside. U will wait 15 minutes for 1 soft taco. And have to deal with the staffs rude attitudes. Ridiculous.

Yep..this location is horrible. Staff is jamming music so loud i can hear it through the speaker and it caused us to have to repeat our orders multiple times. I would say that is pretty rude. After getting the food I realize that it tasted weird, who in the hell serves cold beef?

Dont go there late as in after 10pm during the week, the staff half asses the food and believes it play time could hardly hear the guy through the mike going through the drive thru because all the laughter and chatter chatter in the background
