Although very busy, we were seated quickly and served relatively quickly. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Half way through our breakfast, the water from the air conditioning vent began to drip on our table, even onto our food! DISGUSTING!! We told the waitress who got the manager/shift supervisor. He came to our table, every defensive saying it was completely out of his control. He went on and on how it was a new unit and the repair man had been there. I suggested he not sit people under the vent and his response was that he would lose 6-8 tables if he did that. I then asked him if money is more important than food safety, to which he replied yet again "it is completely out of my control". I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again. I may not eat at any IHOP for that matter.

This place sux. I have been to IHOPs across the country. They served cold pancakes and when I asked for new ones, they brought more cold pancakes. Every botle of maple syrup was empty and when I spoke o the owner, he wasmore concern with taking to me about where I was from instead of my experence. They are 2 other ihops in the area which I have ate at and have great service and food

This place is a joke and i havent even eaten here yet. 1st off if your using your gps, dont bother it will put you in a huge circle, 2nd off their hours CLEARLY state theyre open until 3am on google but when you pull up and look at the door it CLEARLY states 10pm. Time waisted!! Thanks. Coorperate you might want to change this. Clowns

Food was great. There is plenty of parking. The place is crowded and loud but we like it that way. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. We got a table for 6 in less than 10 minutes during Sunday breakfast. Google is wrong on the open times. They are open Sunday morning even though google says they are closed.

It has a feeling of being run down and dirty. The service is good and the menu serves IHOP classics, but its just not the best place anymore. Better to support local mom & pops that are making a difference and fighting for the business by offering creative menus, large portions and better dining experiences. Sorry Ihop.

Disgusting food and service-the Islamic owner called me to the kitchen when I walked in, stating, "You obviously eat meat, try this (some horrible smelling middle eastern garbage he was cook8ng because no one else was in the restaurant...) go to waffle house across the street-racists.

We came at 8:45. Christina was waiting on an 8 top so the FABULOUS cook Jaron greeted us at the door and directed us to a seat. Christina was so upbeat & smiley! We were just tired & hungry but by the time we left she had us smiling too! Kudos to both of them

This location is kept exceptionally clean and the staff is outstanding. We ate three meals here in the week we stayed at St. Petes Beach and were happy with how everything. The food is hot and of good quality. We kept coming back for more.
