While the food was delicious and we were seated right away on a Saturday night, the experience was frustrating. I feel that at a restaurant the waitress can make or break the entire experience. I have NEVER eaten at a Hooters and had such a rude, inconsiderate waitress! Her attitude was snappy and bland. It was my boyfriend and I dining together and my food came out 5 minutes before his (we actually started a timer on my cell phone because it was so strange for one plate to come out without a word about the other plate!). I understand this is the kitchens role but the waitress said NOTHING! She sat my plate in front of me, returned 5 minutes later and sat my boyfriends plate in front of him (reaching OVER my plate and touching my food with her forearm in the process). Still saying nothing! She just walked away. She continued to walk past our table for 20 minutes never returning to say anything to us at all! How about "anything else I can get you?" Or "how is everything?" NOT ONE WORD. We had done nothing to upset her and were very confused. We watched as she waited on other tables and was smiling and polite. She also would frequently return to the other tables... It is sad to say that this one waitress just completely turned us off from this location. It is very unlikely we will ever return here. Saved us money on a tip at least. We tip well, but a tip is earned and "Jenny" did not earn it.

Já tinha ido no Hooters de Los Angeles e a experiência foi muito boa. Nesse de Orlando, infelizmente, deu tudo errado. Mesmo tendo várias mesas disponíveis, ainda tivemos que esperar cerca de 10 minutos para nos sentarmos. A comida demorou muito para chegar. E quando chegou a garçonete não disse uma palavra. Ela praticamente sumia e aparecia somente a cada 15 minutos. No final pedimos uma água. Após alguns minutos ela voltou pra dizer que a água ia demorar também devido a algum problema no bar. Não entendi direito mas mandei cancelar a água e pedi a conta, que, para minha surpresa, chegou imediatamente. A comida, apesar de exageradamente apimentada, estava ok. Dificilmente voltarei.

I wish I could give them no stars. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I was an out of town visitor that was hungry and it was extremely late so I decided to order me some wings to pick up. It took me forever to get someone on the phone after calling at least ten times, the phone continued hanging up because no one was answering or I was continuously listening to their recording as it had me on hold and I had to hang up because no one ever picked up the phone. After finally getting someone on the phone 15-20 mins later, I placed my order and was told it would be ready for pick up in 15-20 mins. Got there to pick up order and had to address staff because I stood there for at least 10 min with no acknowledgement. I watched a few people pick up their order and leave so I inquired about my order, only to be told it would be an hour wait because I had just placed it; mind you this is after they let me pay for it. Needless to say I asked to speak to a Manager because I wasnt waiting an hour for my food and I was told on the phone it would be ready in 15 mins. Of course the girl disappeared to go get a Manager and never came back, but instead another staff came with a Manager and my food in hand. I will never ever do business with this Hooters again if I dont have to.

Horrible customer service. Order through deal dash.. Received the order 45 minutes late had to take the food back to be replaced, could not get my money back because it was purchased through deal dash. Took almost an hour to get new food that ended up missing the extra celery that I ordered and the hostess argued with me that the extra celery was in the box. I took the time to prove her wrong and still did not end up with my extra damn celery. No one offered a drink while I waited much less even ask if I had been helped.. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! After I finally left people were told that even though there was an open booth that they could not be seated due to not having enough servers. All this on a Friday night.

management was kinda rude and especially the lady manger.I understand its hooters but familys still come to the restaurant so they should watch their language. ive been here three times twice i sat at the bar and i was served by a black bartender i forgot her name she was very friendly and smiled alot service could have been a little better but she was the only bartender and she was very busy do i kind of understand. Second was by jackie and she was rude and messed up my order.The other time i sat at a table and service was okay. Prob wont end up going back here anymore,or recommend anyone to go here

Wait time to get seated was a bit long but once seated the service was great Liz the server was quick and attentive, we had some undercooked sliders but manager Kenny was quick to make it right. I sincerely appreciated that, oh and the fried pickles, BY FAR THE BEST IVE EVER HAD, NO BS!!! They were extremely crispy and flavorful and not overly greasy! My kids, wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it made the 14 hour drive from Texas well worth it, and making my first trip to Florida that much better.

Im not usually a complainer but it was a little ridiculous... only had 2 tables on the inside fully seated besides us. Took 45 min to get our food. We ordered simple food due to a time crunch. 2 side salads, 2 boneless wings, tacos, and onion ring app. At the very least they couldve apologized and/or brought out the salads and app. We addressed the manager. He offered a comp dessert shooter. 2 stars just because the food tasted decent. Not worth 100$. Sorry girls. No 5 star rating from me.

Visited twice during our stay in Orlando, once for dinner and the second time for lunch just before heading to the airport. On both occasions we absolutely loved it. I went with my wife and both thought the food was great, especially the wings. I think that in the UK we have a misconception that Hooters is a seedy sort of place. Having visited several I can say that they are far from it. They are sports bars with great food. The service was always great and I would definitely go back.

To go orders are always late. It is a shame that are so many employees, managers and kitchen stuff walking around but nobody know about existing orders and they freak out when you ask them. Is no organized and good stays on te floor next to hostesses many many times. Why people pay lots of money to get ridiculous service and wait for a fried food and a fast food burger?!? Shame on the managers because they should have this done right not smoking outside.

food was 7/10. the waitresses were polite and overall quite good, however this is the 3rd visit to this restaurant so i can safely say the time between placing the order and receiving the food is exceptionally long. each time it has been around 1 hour, with the restaurant being around 5-7% capacity at max, 1 hour to bring 10 wings and a chicken sandwich is not good at all, if you eat here make sure you leave your house before you are hungry..
