When I got there, there were two employees laying down outside. I waited 5 minutes at the intercom. Finally, I pulled forward. I then called the phone number and two managers came to the window. The only manager said Id have to pull around even though there were now 2 other cars waiting, and I said Id fillmore the survey then. She said she couldnt take my order with the window open.because theyd been robbed in the past. She explained this with the window open! I said Id pull around. I took a picture of the front door where an employee was still laying down smoking. He actually was cool when he asked me why I took a picture. I told him in planned to complain against the manager, and he said she is horrible, and would tell the head manager for me. I ordered at the window and when I pulled around, she was chatting with the car in front of me for like 5 minutes. When I got there, she refused me service and yelled at me, saying I thought Im better than her and would get her fired. She also explained that its illegal to take pictures and why did I keep taking pictures when the employee "on break" asked me to stop. I said he never asked that and I only took 1 photo, and we actually talked and he was pretty cool. She refused me service sonincould not fill out a survey. So here is my survey! Oddly, a random car followed me and even changed lanes with me halfway to my home, and kept on until Id called the police. Creepy! Do not go to this Taco Bell!

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 35 minutes for a "big box" in the store at 8pm. No line. Cashier and manager couldnt figure out the registers. Finally... After 20 minutes... Used the drive thru person. No offer of concession after got the food after waiting yet another 15 minutes for it. Unacceptable as they were not busy. Got it to go and was just handed a box. Of course the food was ICE COLD when I got it. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable. From the counter I could see the place was also very dirty. Floor had food bits all over it. Couldnt even finish the food in the end. It was so disgusting, I had to throw it out. Never again. Never. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. Even the soda machine area looked liked it is from the 1970s. Very unclean. Dont come here. Should be ZERO stars but cant enter that. Please county health department come in and shut them down.

Arrived at this location at 12:30 am, 30 minutes before the drive-thru closed. No one came to the intercom. I figured Id give it a minute, then called out for someone to answer. No one did. I pulled around to the window, after a minute someone showed up and told me the computer was down. First of all, I dont believe that. The employees at this location are lazy every time I go there and I always have to wait too long for service. Secondly, if the computer is down, then turn off the drive-thru light or put up a sign so people arent sitting there waiting. This was ridiculous and Ive had enough of this store. Taco Bell needs to do some cleaning up, because their image is declining. This is not a review for the one bad experience, but an average of every experience at this store ever. You need something less than one star to rate this store.

Sarah S. Is the best. Came here at 10:16PM on 11/17/16 and they were out of A LOT of stuff on the menu. You could tell that previous customers had been rude to the employees all day long but Sarah kept her composure and treated us with respect and our order was quickly filled and perfect. We asked her how she was doing and she almost broke down and said that it had been a VERY rough night for her and her crew but she quickly perked back up and asked us if she could do anything else for us. Sarah S. If you ever see this, You deserve so much more out of life than what youve been offered because its people like you that keep the gears in motion for everybody else. Thank you for being a genuine human being when everybody else treats the rest of us like garbage.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have messed up my order every time Ive come here, their speakers have "not worked" I had a person ringing me up at the register argue with someone else and start crying telling "f*** this I quit" and then tonight I go there and they tell me itll be a 45 minute wait because their computers dont work. So you can make a taco because your system is rebooting? It seems like they want to avoid even taking your order. Ive never had this problem at a taco Bell before and I never write reviews management has got to do something. How are you even in business? McDonalds across the street was more than pleasant and I hate McDonalds so that should tell you something.

Ive given this location a try multiple times only to be consistently disappointed. I love the crunch wrap supreme, but this location is so stingy about the amount of beef they put on it. Every single time Ive ordered it, about half of the crunch wrap contains no meat at all, this even happens when I ask (and pay) for extra beef. The drive through is usually backed up and the service is generally lackluster (even for a fast food joint). Ive totally given up hope that this location will improve, which is a shame because I really enjoy the restaurant when the food is actually prepared correctly. :(

I go to this taco Bell often and most of the time its the soda is always flat but today was it for me. Besides seeing people before and after us pulling up to go in our order, not surprised ours was messed up. Messed up half our order, even gave us four drinks that were all flat and even half the food was filled with overcooked food. Even when I walked in to fix my order, saw an employee hand over a taco shell with NO GLOVE ON to the girls making food. I was pissed that I spent money I dont have , on food that was hard and soda was flat. Never going again. Disgusting.

Worst Tacobell Ive ever been to and Im usually not a person to actually write a review. This is the only place open besides McDonalds when I get off of work otherwise I wouldnt be going there ever again. They basically serve large tortillas with nothing in them. I barely get any toppings inside of my food. I even complained once that it was barely filled, and was informed that they followed the correct portions and wasnt offered a new crunch wrap or anything at all. They need to hire new management.

Well, I was impressed to say the least; you only had two cooks and one cashier and they worked diligently to keep everyone happy and get the food turned around as fast as possible. What I seen today was true team work, the cashier was also busting tables and his positivity and customer service was outstanding and I use to train how to deliver exceptional service and he surpassed all marks. I believe other employees could learn something from this team! Food was good also!
