Hello, I would like to let you know that Ms Green (I think her name was Madeline Green) from Cicis Pizza at Ocoee, FL is a great employee!! I went in to order a "To Go" pizza and there was an older couple in front of me. She was trying to explain to them the total cost but they did not understand her. She kept her calm and tried to explain again. Their son/friend comes by, she explained to him what they had ordered, and the total cost. He understood and paid the remaining amount that was due. The entire time she kept a friendly smile and a nice attitude. She was polite and continued to be... no rolling the eye one normally gets when the difficult customer walks away... She was just great! I made my order and went for a walk to wait for my pizza. When I got back, there had been a mix up but no worries, she found a way to deal with it and not make me wait even longer with my two little ones. She gave me two medium pizzas for the large one I had ordered. She also noticed that the baby was super fussy and she offered to bring my pizzas to the car. She carried them with a friendly smile. I wish there were more understanding and caring people like her people like her. Thank you!!

On March 9th my wife and I decided to stop at the CiCis in Ocoee on our way to our weekend place. We have eaten at our local CiCis in Orlando and had expected the same level of service and selection of Pizza,s. "WRONG", the selection of Pizza was very limited and the manager or owner behind the counter was so intent on publicly berating a employee (manager in training type) that he made our whole visit miserable. There is a time and place to correct a employee problem, but not for 10 minutes in front of restaurant guests. This person, the owner or manager should realize he has lost our continued business and maybe others from his shameless rants & raves he put that young man through. He needs to be trained if he is too be over seeing a staff.

TERRIBLE. THE RESTAURANT IS CLEAN FOR THE MOST PART, SHORT ON STAFF, SMALL SELECTION OF PIZZA, PIZZA HAD BEEN SITTING THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME, IT WAS VERY DRY, CONDIMENTS VERY EITHER WATERY OR SUPER CHUNKY FROM THEM JUST ADDING ON INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT AND THROWING OUT THE OLD, SALAD WAS NOT FRESH, THE MANAGER IN THE GREY SHIRT (YOUNG LOOKING SHORT HISPANIC GUY) WAS VERY VERY RUDE, IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A REALLY GOOD CICI PIZZA GO TO THE ONE ON INTERNATIONAL DRIVE. MUCH LARGER VARIETY OF PIZZA, FAST, GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND SUPER CLEAN.

they have the best pizza and if they dont fix it your way, just tell them what you want and they will fix. cici has the best pizza/the best price/the best employs & and management. Pizza is always DELICIOUS! I always have great customer service by the workers and manager. Theyve also recently changed the whole place to become a better Cicis and to be completely honest, this is one of my favorite Cicis in Orlando. They also offer ICEEs for your drink, which you dont normally see in a Cicis. Love this place! =D Update: :( No ICEEs. Changed my 5 star to 4 star. Employees are still nice. :)

Our family always enjoys a visit to this CiCis location. Pizza and pasta are always fresh and they will custom make pizza if they dont have it on the buffet. Salad bar is okay and we are glad they offer it but it wont win any awards. They have a small arcade in the back but I have never seen any kids playing. Dessert is always a win with brownies and cinnamon rolls.

Horrible customer service and poor quality. Leftover food was on the buffet line with nothing new being prepared. During lunchtime, (11:30) they did not have enough food to feed a regular crowd. Management made no effort to better our and simply handed a refund and nothing else. Never again!

Employees are always very nice and will make you a personal pizza if its not on the hot line. They took out all the booths out and just put more regular tables and chairs. We miss the booths. Seems to be more cluttered now.

probably the best cicis I have ever been too, wide variety of pizza all fresh, they had stuffed crust, bbq, flatbrrad, a Mexican pizza and more! the store was a little dirty but probably b/c of how busy they were,

The food is really tasty and well made, the owner, Rob is always very friendly and willing to satisfy his customers. Regulars are very well taken care of, and the prices are really good for a whole buffet!

I just moved here from Michigan, came to cicis. Very very very busy. They had a hard time keeping the pizzas up for grabs. Im sure this isnt always the case. But the food was still at average for me.
