I have never had a positive experience at this location. A couple of months ago they gave me the wrong order after waiting in the drive thru for a good 20-30 minutes. When I came back around to let them know of the mess up, there was no apology at all and they made me feel like it was my fault that they gave me someone elses order. I ended up asking for a refund and telling them not to worry about remaking my order. Tonight I decided to give it another shot. I waited behind cars in the drive thru for 10 minutes or so and when it was my turn to order, they said it would be 5 minutes for what I requested because they had run out. It wasnt a big deal so I said Id wait. There were still a few cars ahead of me so I assumed that was the 5 minutes they were talking about because it took longer than that to get to the payment window. Well, when I paid I was told it would be another 5 minutes. Fine, not a big deal. I pulled up to the front of the store as suggested by the cashier and waited for about 20 minutes and nothing, no one came to the car to deliver our meal. I decided to go inside to check on it in case they had forgotten about us only to find that 1. They had the meat we had been waiting on all that time, and 2. They were now out of the second meat we ordered and no one seemed to know how much longer it would be. Couldnt they, at the very least, have come out to let me know of the delay? I just dont understand how this place allows itself to be so consistently bad! I doubt Ill be coming back here again. Unbelievable! EDIT: We finally got our food and went home, only to find that they made our order wrong. Its just not worth dealing with this place anymore.

On 8/13/17 at 7:20pm, we went through the drive through at the Winter Garden store on Daniels Rd. The drive through line took 20 minutes. We didnt receive all of our food that was ordered. We called the store and employee ofered to give a double portion of angus steak if we came back. I went back to the store, got the food and went home. The angus steak would have been good if it wasnt horribly spicy hot, unlike what the website menu portrays (not having the red chili symbol). Thats the last time I will eat at your restaurant. A complete waste of money and time.

The past two times I have been here they do not open on time that is printed on their door, and then when I went into the place there was no food available it was not even made for their normal opening. If I have to wait for my food I will go to another restaurant. Read the negative reviews it speaks for itself would not recommend ever,until they straighten your act up. Their corporate headquarters should do something about this location.

Ive come here a few times and while the food is good, and workers are friendly, it seems like this location is always waiting on chow mein or rice roughly 5-10 mins depending on when they start making it. Its weird considering they serve one of the two with just about every meal. Youd think they would just make both constantly?

Management is seriously lacking at this place. Today I witnessed one of their employees being betrated by a man and nothing was said to him at all. The man serving him was nothing but nice and just took it. Having been a manager and worked in food service this is ridiculous. This man should have been refused service.

Dont waste your money here food is terrible what little bit they give you its ration portions and over priced i got dinner portion and i feed my dog more than i got id hate to see lunch portion im never going back great chinese place dn the st with good good great portions not here though ugggg

Usually pretty good, but lately whoever is running the place doesnt know what they are doing. Slow. Always out of food. I dont understand. When it gets low cook more. Its fast food, you have to have it available. Waited in like for 10 min and they are out of 2 items. On a Saturday...

Expensive place for a fast food restaurant, I got charged 2.50 extra for the shrimp and the steak without even letting me know. Spoke to the manager and she said Ill give you a free entrée for the next visit. I wont ever come back

The Winter Garden, FL location is always really slow and they NEVER get my order right. No use in complaining, it has changed nothing when i have called and politely voiced the problems... i will NEVER return!!!!!

So unorganized. Total joke. Ridiculous wait times for the drive thru. Youll be lucky to get thru in under a half hour. The food is not worth it. Its even longer inside as well.

This was my first time here, it was ok. I ordered a bowl with noodles and sun fired chicken. The noodles were dry, not much chicken and the price for what I got was too much.
