So, if it wasnt bad enough we were not able to check in early at the Hotel we booked at . So i started craving hashbrowns with chili. Yes Im pregnant. I remembering seeing waffel house close by, and called to check prices for a double order with chili. You could tell the lady on phone wasnt really paying attention. Cause she didnt hear day chili. She became frustrated when she thought i knotty said hashbrowns. I finally ended up getting triple order topped. Yes i use to work at a Waffle House. I sent my finance in to pay for it, and to also add a vanilla sprite. My fiance came back out and said, the young lady who took my order was like you didnt say you wanted a drink. It tasted kind of bland. So i asked him to go back inside and ask for some hot sauce. He preceded to ask lady sitting down, if they had hot sauce packets. She rudely says no they dont have anything like that. He asked could he bring bottle out here so i could put some on my hashbrowns. She said no, but said to put it in cup. Ate didnt even wanna get up from table to get the cup to hand it to him. The other lady who took my order ,came out from back. And told her to get my finace a cup to put some in it. Long story short, the lady who took my order and the lady who was sitting down where very rude & sounded very hateful & non compassionate. Bad customer service for sure. Except the cook. He was very nice & friendly.

On google it said that they closed at 3 am. We headed out at 10 pm and when we got there the kitchen was closed, what was open was the bar. However, since there was no host at the time we walked in and just sat down not knowing it was closed, they later came and told us it was closed but since we were already sitting our server went ahead and convinced others to open the kitchen just for us. The food was alright not really anything extravagant but decent, the pasta was really good though. The service was amazing, coming from a big city this was really surprising would definitely recommend to others.

we are an interracial couple and the waitress/manager Emmeline kept giving us dirty looks and was very impolite, not even a "good morning", while at the same time being polite to other customers, hmmmm, how strange, i thought those days were over, or maybe she was just jealous. the jalapeño buscuit was greasy, what a NIGHTMARE. Well, at least the rest of the food was good. 2 UNSATISFIED customers

Today we had the perfect experience! Exactly what Waffle House should be: friendly service with a smile, accurate orders, prompt staff, traditional order callers, and delicious food. Normally a great server takes years to master their craft, but we were served by Paul today who started earlier this year. Way to go!
