Drive through was quick. Drove all the way home and both entree plates had orange chicken. We both took a bite of orange chicken and it was really disgusting. Funky taste and smell. It was really sour like the sauce was old and the chicken was really mushy. I tried calling the store to complain to a manager and some worker there answered the phone and really butchered the greeting. Sounded like a bunch of teenagers laughing loudly and she abruptly asks how can I get help you. I asked if a manager is available and she said yeah. I asked to speak to them and she then said that the manager is out right now and asked to leave a message. I said no and I will call back later. I wanted to complain about this serving of orange chicken and the rudeness of the person answering the phone. It was highly unprofessional and very unpleasant. I am a regular of panda express at other locations so I know what orange chicken should taste like. I have been back again and this place sucks. The chicken I got tasted like the black burnt grease from the woks and it was so sour tasting that I just threw my meal away. I now refuse to ever go back. Pei Wei is right across the street.

Went to this location after I had placed an online order for pick up at 5:30pm. Placed the order at 4:45 so plenty of time to have it ready for the scheduled pickup time. I only get 30 minutes for lunch, and I get to the restaurant and they still had to assemble the meals as well as one of the entrees was being cooked. I never mind waiting but if I order ahead I normally have some other place to be and I want to be able to walk in and walk out. An employee or manager offered me a free drink, which is great, although I did not accept. I ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef. The beef was great, crispy and flavorful, very spicy which was awesome! But the orange chicken was AWFUL. Threw the rest of it away because it tasted like burnt plastic. The brown rice was over cooked and mushy. The cashier was super polite, her name was Jasmine and she was all smiles so that was good as well. Just think the Orange chicken was not up to standards, I have eaten at the Hodges Blvd location and it is ALWAYS delicious there! Just need to fix that and I would come back.

I go there alot at 930 and have issues with little to no food. I just ordered and was told I could not get a small in the beef and broccoli and so I ordered the medium. I got up to window and was told there was not enough to fill medium. So I got a small of that and a small of another item. One had about 80 percent veggies and the other had about 95 percent broccoli. I wont be going back anymore at that time. There are other choices.

Food is good but not great... best if had right after it comes off the grill. Weve had extremely slow service here several times and theyve even failed to return my credit card at the drive through... so much for your food is free if they dont give you a receipt, youre lucky if they give you your card back Update: went back today 45 minutes after opening they only had 2 of their many entrées ready so again, long wait

Christopher was so helpful explaining how everything work as far as the sides go . He let me sample a lot of meat(I can be in decisive but he was very kind and patient with me). He even explained the difference between chow mein and lo mein. I did not feel pressured into just getting something and because of that Im very happy with my purchase and will defiantly be back.great customer service!

My main complaint with panda express is the amount they charge for the the amount of food they give you. $7 for a black pepper chicken bowl with barely any chicken and the container is only half full. I always see people in the drive thru but for the life of me I dont understand why. Maybe they order something more filling. Oh well, I wont be ordering from them in the future to find out.

We really like the food, and there are some healthy options available, but it can be a problematic for people with food allergies because of the open serving style and dishes with nuts; and my daughter, who loves wontons, cannot eat them because of the egg-wash. Otherwise the food is very good.

1st time we ever visited a Panda Express. One of the entrees was being cooked so there was a 3min wait in the drive through. The manager came up and offered free drinks for myself and all 4 passengers in car while we waited. Food was excellent as well. Good 1st experience!

So disappointed with the orange chicken! It taste like it was saturated in soy sauce! Something wasnt right with it! Been to Panda Express plenty of times at the town enter and always had a great experience. Not sure if Ill ever visit the Bartram location again.

They are stingy with the food and condiments. Some dishes like pepper chicken have almost no chicken containing mostly all celery. Employees are snarky and unhelpful. Drive through is a total loss. I would have given a zero star if the page had allowed me.

Food is always warm at best. Never really hot and doesnt seem that fresh. Also, while dining in, I had to listen to the manager yet at her staff for about 10 minutes while I ate. It killed the mood of the guests and staff.

I got the chicken teryaki with rice and it was the worst meal Ive eaten in a while.. The rice was hard and crunchy, tasted a few days old.. And I was only given 3 little pieces of chicken. Wont be going back.

I dont know why, but I love Panda Express. The food is pretty good quality, but not the best by far. I dont know what it is though. I just love this place. Huge portions and a good price.

Found a bug in my veggies and the Manger said it was from the zucchini- NOT! She offered to replace the bowl of veggies - NOT! She was nice return my money but I cantt eat there again.
