What a horrible place to eat. We went there two mondays ago four people with a simple order, all you can eat appetizers. The server who admitted to having only been employed a week told us that we should know that if the kitchen got busy it would take forever to get refills. Really? Anyway, our first order was cold. On top of that our drinks took over 20 minutes to get to our table. So we place a second order sitting there with empty drinks. Three orders come out the fourth is nowhere to be found and when it arrives it has been sitting in the window for way too long so the cheese was already congealed and cold. I asked to speak with the manager, no one showed up, went to the host stand asked again, no one came to our table. The third time I stopped a server asked for the manager. He checked back a few minutes later and asked if the manager had come out when I said no he turned and a moment later appeared as if he was having to force the manager to come speak to us. The manager David was smug to say the least he began with well we offered you more food and Im paying for this so far what else? Seriously? What a crock. It is beyond poor customer service to think that attitude was ok. The entire process to get the manager to speak to me took over a half hour. So I call the corporate office in Texas the next day was told someone would call a week later no call so I call back only to be told that someone had spoken to me which was a lie. Was again told that someone would contact me the next day again nothing so I call today and again get the run around and God forbid you ask for a management staff member the person on the phone told me sir they will say the same thing. You have got to be kidding me!!! I run restaurants for a living and this entire staff should be in the unemployment line. How are you even still in business other than you are in a tourist area and they sometimes have no choice but to patronize you because you are close to the hotel. You should be ashamed of yourselves for thinking this is acceptable in any manner. Spend your money somewhere else there is an Ale House two blocks away always good food and servers that actually want to make a living

After a fun day at Fun Spot with the kids we arrived at restaurant with 10 in our party. Waited approx 15 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged and get drinks. Food was OK. Service was terrible. Was only able to get two endless appetizers because we could never find the waitress. After receiving the bill we waited forever for the waitress to come back over to pay the bill(s). Everyone else in my party had cash and put their funds on the table and left but since I was paying with a credit card I had to wait to get someone (ANYONEs) attention to give them my credit card. I finally gave my credit card to another waitress who found my waitress and gave it to my waitress who gave it to a manager because they felt the rest of my party had walked out without paying their portion of the bill. The manager would NOT give my credit card back to me because they felt my party had left without paying. NEVER LOOKED on our table. Im walking behind the manager with a five year old and arm baby (in carrier) asking for my card with the manager replying he was calling the police on our group and he was going to hold onto my card until I paid the entire bill or told the police WHO my friends were. I followed him outside still asking for my card back while he was looking in the parking lot for my friends. My 5 year old son was listening to the manager call me and my friends thieves. (NOT EXCEPTABLE). I told the manager the others in my party had left their money on our table. The waitress NEVER looked just accused us of stealing food!!!! They (manager and waitress) verified the money was left on the table and charged my card for my and my sons dinner only. The managers only respond to his waitress was YOU DIDNT LOOK!!!! He gave my credit card back to me with NO APOLOGY or ANYTHING. I was totally embarrassed in this restaurant with the other patrons looking on to see what was going to happen next.... NEVER AGAIN will I/we visit this particular LOCATION.

Love going to Fridays, ive been to many all over the country and have had no issues at all. Thought id stop by this one for another great meal but this location ruined that. I Really loved the type of service i got here. I got seated after standing for a long while, in a line that was nonexistent. Another employee gave a sigh to the supposed seater who had been on the phone for a long time, who just kept sticking a wait indicator on his index finger at me. I wasnt much troubled as I get it, and Im easy going. My real disappointment surfaced when I waited for another 20 minutes on my table and not once was i acknowledged. I witnessed servers pass back and forth, engaging in casual conversations and going through the motions. I was suprised, Usually i wouldve already gotten a friendly greeting and a drink offer but not once was there an exchange of words. Sat there patiently for a while until all of my patience ran out. I gave no rude remarks nor showed hostility but left with disappointment. Im not here to taint what you all do because i have respect for the industry as ive served on both ends of the spectrum. This is nowhere near company expectations nor does it parallel professionalism. Whether this is a franchise or corporate store, I really hope that the ops straighten out here because this is embarissing. Hoping to contact regional or district personnel, to infer and leave constructive criticism, in hopes that proper measures be taken so that this doesnt happen again. Im not a opportunist, nor one who desires consolidation prizes as Im capable of my needs, so please leave me be. Really hate to complain but I felt belittled and felt that alot of my time was wasted when all I wanted was to be a happy customer. Thank you for your time.

My fiance and I went there last night and it was nad from the beginning. The service was very slow as we waited for almost 10 mins for us to be greeted at our table and drink order to be taken. We both ordered the house long island iced teas. When they arrived mine was different from his but we at first thought they just used two different glasses. We had noticed later there was some sort of pink substance (i was assuming particules of the strawberry mix) in the drink....long islands def. do not have that. :/ I had ordered the chicken club sandwhich which described grilled chicken and it was to come with fries. My fiance ordered one of the sizzling chicken and spinach. When the food came, he chicken was certainly not sizzling, my fries were old and cold and my chicken on the sandwich was iced cold. We told them to please take it back and we were just going to leave. The manager did come out to apologize but her explanation was for my sandwhich that they refrdigerate my chicken and put it on the bread......Gross. Who wants old refridgerated food? Grilled chicken to me is off the grill and then on the bread....but anyway. She did acknowlwdge that him and I were goven two different cocktails and looking at the rest of the food you can tell none of it was anywhere hot or fresh. She did offer to make us something else but again, we were over it at that point. As we were walking out, there was a family sitting behind us and the father said to us that their experience and food was not any better. This was the last time I ever go to a Fridays. It was just a terrible experience from the beginning.
