Excited to go to Panda Express until we got there for dinner. They used the vegtables they prepped in morning up and decided not to make anymore. Frustrating because we didnt have to eat here like rest they take advantage of cause stuck in park, we live 2 miles away and decided to. Diet does not allow me to eat rice or noodles. Vegtables is why I go to Panda. Staff tried two different lies, contadicting each other, to try cover up truth which made it all the worse. Visable refrigerator was crammed with vegtables, they simply decided not to cut more.

this food place I will do. Horrible food, my husband says that he would rather go back home and have me cooking for him the orange chicken and broccoli beef, what a tasteless food they have, and to think they are charging a horrible price also, Id rather eat at taco bell next time. What a bad experience. A suggestion to panda express: you need a quality control!

This Panda Express is great. It is a little pricier because its ran by Universal, but only about $2 more than youd pay outside the park. The menu was a tiny bit smaller, they were missing teriyaki chicken, maybe some others as well. The employees were very nice though, and I feel like the portions were some of the most generous of any Ive received at any Panda.

Less than 1/3 of what was advertised was available, staff were pusy and dosintetested in helping make alternate selections for the 3 things we had planned to get which were all not available. A disappointing experience. They did supply food, but what we had was not enjoyable, the best being the orange batter (advertised as chicken)

Stay away from this roach infested place. They have terribly rude staff also. They need to fire Alissia immediately! Shes making this restaurant lose costumers by being absolutely rude!!! She behaves as if she clearly hates her Job. She needs to be fired immediately so that this place can go back to being heavily friendly!

Very disappointed by the service of the staff. The server is extremely rude. She kept rolling her eyes at customers and was so disinterested in doing her job. She was mocking accents of the customers. Such level of unprofessionalism was not expected of such a big chain. Dont think Ill be visiting Panda Express anymore.

its too greasy and not healthy at all, my daughter while eating look under the table and it was full of cockroach, she wanted to talk to a manager but i did not agree, hope this review deliver the message to the manager.

Your staff is insanely rude. Its obvious they hate working for you and they hate all of your customers. I was shocked by how blatently rude and unprofessional your staff is. Stay away. No one needs this.
