1) I can not believe anyone would compare this pizza to "NY style". NY pizza is hand tossed... thin crust. i went in to pick up my order, i watched the kid at the counter roll out the pizza dough. definitely not hand tossed. The crust was bulky, and chewy at best. If you think this is NY style you have certainly never eaten pizza in NY 2) i waited in store over an hour for 2 pizza and 2 dozen garlic rolls???? are you kidding me. there were 8 people that appeared to be on staff when i was there. if you can not make 2 pizzas and 2 dozen rolls in less then 20 minutes with 8 people then you need to reconsider you hiring tactics. 3)the comment that monster pizza left as a response to a costumer saying that everything was handmade and nothing was canned is total BS (excuse my french) the rolls had a melted buttery substance on them with powered garlic? not that "hand made". and if that is homemade sauce, you would probably be bettered off going with canned...gross!!!! 3) i see that several comment are responded to with "if we had known", "if you had called" things would have been better. I did call!!!!! i was met with "i am sorry we are very busy on Thursday nights, an hour wait is totally typically, those who enjoy our food are willing to wait for quality." when i said that the pizza and rolls were less then good, i got, "you should try one of the other pizzerias in the area, because we have the best ratings in the area." and the phone hung up. save your money!!! go get something else this place is gross and the customer service SUCKS!

Monster Pizza has the whole package: great pizza at a reasonable price, several customer loyalty programs, and amazing customer service on all levels: from management to chefs to drivers. There is clearly a culture here that is focused on making the experience great from start to finish. The two times Ive had an issue, they have resolved it promptly and equitably. The times with no issue, everyone has still been jovial and polite. The food is consistently great. They have great pizzas, including their namesake Monster Pizza. The crust is consistently thin and chewy with a crisp exterior. Their sauce is sweet and smooth and their toppings are fresh. They have a variety of sides to pick from and I dont think weve ever tried something we havent liked from them. All in all, a great family owned establishment that serves good food in the Deltona community.

Last night my husband ordered for our family from here... 3 pizzas 2 wing and a cheesy bread. He paid the $58 that he was told was the total. When the delivery driver got here he asked for 20 magnets. We didnt know what he was talking about. So the owner called my husband and so rudelytold him that he said he had magnets and we didnt pay for 2 of the pizzas. My husband said Im not paying for your mistake and to take the pizzas. The delivery driver left said pizzas and the owner banned us. We reviewed on facebook and they continue to delete our comments in response to their comments stating we stole from them. Now we ha e been blocked from there as well. This is a petty company their food is so greasy that it made me sick. Dont go there

My first experience was a couple months ago and it was awful !!! My son ordered an extra large Works pizza. When he got home, it had to be put in the oven as it was mostly NOT done and sections of raw dough. I understand that some people like for the grease to be running down your arm, its a sign of a good pizza. Well, I could have fried up chicken wings with the amount of grease that came off this pizza. My second experience (yesterday) was just as bad. I ordered a large THIN crust works pizza with no onions on 1 half and add banana peppers to that half. While the dough was cooked this time, there was still onions on the half with banana peppers. Needless to say, that will be my last time ordering from YOU !!!!!

Every time I get a pizza from this place I am amazed by the quality and the great taste of the dinner. Couple that with the fast home delivery service and you have and outstanding deal. Recently they have reduced the size of their pizza pies so that they no longer have the two largest sizes which were large enough to feed a party of at least 8 but they have not reduced the quality of their product. This is NOT a place to eat-in as the eating section of the restaurant is not large or even close to what one would call cozy rather the description of tiny would fit. that being said they do serve the best pizza pie I have had around here in many years, give it a try, once you have you will be a customer for life.

Just got home with a large cheese pizza, and dont think Ill order anywhere else. Their thin crust New York style pizza hit the spot. Whenever I try a new spot for my go to I get a slice or plain cheese. They dont do slices. Thats ok because I will eat the whole pie myself, and order one for my Uncle. Its a thin crust hand tossed, made with fresh ingredients, baked to profection! The crust is one of the key parts nice and crispy not burnt or chewy. I love pizza. Ive tried many places. There are three spots in separate towns Ill order from. This is my favorite in Florida. Dont pass it by with out a try. Im getting the monster size next time with additional toppings!

I have ordered from this place three times now and have found the prices to be a bit too much for what I am receiving. The wait time for them to deliver is over an hour even though all three of my orders were made minutes after they opened. The pizza is a bit too soggy for my taste and the sauce watery. I tried their calzone and ordered ham in it. There was hardly any ham and way too much ricotta. It made the calzone taste plain with no real flavor. The actual dough used for the calzone is way too thick and made it feel as if I was only eating thick pieces of bread with ricotta on it. I wont be ordering from then again.

We were tired of all the pizza chains bland flavors and ridiculous prices and decided to try Monster Pizza. Well, that was 20 pizza orders ago and we are still ordering from them. The pizza is delivered hot, fresh and it is absolutely delicious! The staff is always kind and courteous. Every time our grandsons come to our house they always want Monster Pizza. They love to try to finish the Monster all by themselves. Of course it takes them a few days. Dont hesitate . . . . try Monster Pizza of Deltona! You wont be disappointed.

Ordered a sausage roll and 10 wings for pickup told 30 minutes. It only takes 6 minutes to go through the ovend and 12 minutes for wings. Walked in at 30 minutes and still had to wait. Ordered pizzas and wings with friends the night before and delivered within 30 minutes. Called by the owner and called a liar in regards to this matter and asked to take my review down. Apparently negative criticism isnt appreciated here. Seems like every negative comment on here has a response passing blame on the customer....
