Great spot for pizzabut they also carefully prepare excellent real Italian food. I ordered Chicken Picatta. It was cooked just right. Lemony buttery sauce with lots of capers and tender delicate flattened chicken breasts on fresh homemade pasta. My wife ordered a calzone. The homemade dough, baked crispy brown, with ricotta and lots of mozzarella and meats with a real marina sauce inside made her comment "Best Ive ever had!" . My side salad was fresh but kind of small. For another $1 I could have ordered a full size Caesar salad. Next time for sure.

This Sanford site is a little storefront pizzeria near the Target mall, nothing like its hoity-toity brother in Lake Mary, where you can only order pizza at one of 2 tables. No, this place is all about pizza. And it is FABULOUS! I will drive 40 miles round trip for good pizza, and now Im lucky enough to have this place right in my back yard. Prices are low, decor is pretty bare (what do you want from a pizzeria after all?), no beer on draft. Who cares? Service is friendly and fast and the food is great. Try the Greek salad -- its fantastic.

The staff was friendly and attentive but did not over serve. I ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer. They were hot, light, aromatic, and blended perfectly with the Penne Alla Vodka. A healthy helping of penne pasta cooked to a perfect texture. It was served hot with a light vodka sauce that danced delicately in a well seasoned blend. I suggest the bouquet of a Chianti as a perfect match. I topped it off with a generous portion of tirimisu. For a small caffe, this clever Italian eatery with affordable pricing, stands tall.

Ive been here a few times. The food is very good, but the service isnt great. We were there last night. We ordered Garlic Knots and a Pepperoni Pizza. We got the Garlic Knots and a Cheese Pizza. The table beside us must have ordered Knots and didnt get theirs, because the waiter pointed as us and said wed TAKEN their knots. What? We waited 15 minutes for those knots. And when we left, he acted like we were bothering him trying to pay the bill.

Best.. Pizza.. EVER!! ...and garlic knots.. I moved up to Daytona almost a year ago and there is just no place like this! :( I still find as many excuses to travel out to Sanford for this pizza! I love getting pizza by the slice(s) :P and sitting outside drinking wine. Staff is always happy, friendly and nice. I wish I could give a better description of what the pizza is like, all I can say is TRY IT! (P.S. - ask for a side of garlic oil/butter!)

Dont use their website menu. No good anymore and everything is more expensive. Ordered a Veggie (with no cheese) and they insisted on charging me $2 extra for onions! Arent onions a vegetable? There was virtually no sauce on it either. And while I bought 6 donuts too, my final bill was $40 for one pizza and 6 donuts! And I was a regular customer of theirs. Was being the operative word. Unbelievable.

Apparently they expect their customers to be mind readers and know unposted information such as what time they stop delivering. And if you dont, be prepared to be put on hold numerous times and then get attitude from whomever answers. If you close at 10:30 but stop delivery at 9, then put that on your website or dont be so nasty when you get calls after 9 for delivery.

I was impressed. I had chicken francese, Im very picky and generally not satisfied when I order this item. It was very good and I will be back for this meal again. My parents had eggplant rollatini, it was perfect. The calzone was as everything else very enjoyable. Staff was attentive, our drinks never empty and she was very friendly.

Best house salad dressing I have ever had! Its not your typical dressing but once you try it youll want to put it on everything. This place has really fresh homemade Italian food. Everything I have had has been delicious. I love the chicken mama mia, calamari and fresh bread. Have been here mutiple times and never disappointed!

awesome pizza satisfies the florida in me and the new york in my husband. i love that its not heavy on the cheese and sauce. our second order ever wasnt as good as the first (wings) but they made up for it on our third order and gave us double the amount of wings no charge! great food great service great price!

Salvatore is the very Best Chef!!! His food is always excellent. HE MAKES THE BEST SPECIALTY LATTES!!! Whenever I go, Silvi is my server and she is EXCELLENT! Sometimes I have pizza, QUATTRO FORMAGGIO from Michele. (The very best.) His recipe is from Positano, Italia.

While the food was good, the way it was given to me was not. When I came to pick up my food, someones child was right behind the counter watching cartoons. I was ignored for quite a while and my payment was made over the childs head. Seemed rude to me.

A real homey Italian pizza place and much more than pizza. Our first time here we tried a couple vegetarian dishes, Eggplant roll and Cappelini Primavera, both delicious. Also cant to wrong with a cànoli for dessert.

Since moving here from the north east a year ago, this is by far the best local loca pizza place i have found. Great NY style pies and the heros are terrific. The homemade bread is so good you can eat it plain.

Horrible pizza! We ordered one slice just to try it and it tasted like cardboard. Hardly any sauce or cheese. Had 2 bites and decided it wasnt worth eating the extra carbs. Would not return here.
