Numerous red flags as soon as you walk in. Right as we got in line, the cashier hassled us for not buying a soda cup. When I asked for no cup, he the gave me a cup anyways, which had the connotation that I could get soda in it. The buffet was nothing special, because lets be real, this is a CiCis, not a Ruths Chris. The cinnamon rolls ran out frequently. The worst part of our visit by far was the treatment we received as paying customers by the waitstaff. While I was enjoying pink lemonade in my "water" cup, a man came up to our table, accusing us of "stealing" pink lemonade. This manager made us pay for the drinks, but honestly, instead of managing our lives, he should have been managing his struggling business. I have a feeling that this place might be closed down by the time I feel like coming back. :/ Just order Papa Johns instead. FYI, the bathroom is subpar on many different levels. Im sure a health inspector would love to expose this fine establishment for the unhealthy practices. Maybe if I pay extra, I can get a clean stall?

I had a coupon on my phone for one free buffet. When I walked in, I was showing the manager, and he coughed all over my phone, also leaving spit on my screen. I was a bit shocked he didnt even apologize or attempt to clean it off, so I decided to clean my phone in the restroom... Most of the pizza was very dried up and old, and there were lots of dirty "clean" plates sitting next to the buffet to grab. This visit was a little disappointing to say the least.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Just happened to be taking our favorite pizzas out of the oven when we walked in. Shortly after we arrived they put out fresh deserts. Buss girl kept all tables clean, never standing still. Cant comment on the cleanliness of the restrooms. Pizza not the quality of a mom and pop pizzeria, but very good for the price. Wont hesitate to dine there again.

I love their Alfredo Pizza. Even though they were very busy, their manager in the red shirt came out to help my daughter with the change machine and also he changed the drink right away when soda dispenser ran out of the soda.

My daughter love their food, they make good and fresh pizzas, they always have fresh vegetables and soup is good. We recommend changes a little the menu for some chicken in the salad bar and some meat at the pastas sauce.

One of the few locations still open in central Florida. This place is reasonable well kept and maintained. The tables were a little sticky. The food selection was good. I enjoyed the new options. Please stay open.
