Ive tried this place several times, always giving the benefit of the doubt since their prices are low and theyre close in proximity. Tonight was my last order with Tuscany Pizza. I gave clear instructions because I know my stairwell is partially hidden though almost every time i order their driver gets lost (never seems to be a problem with other deliveries). I had to meet the driver in my parking lot while he was parked directly in front of my building (I suspect he didnt want to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor) "lost". I wouldnt be reviewing them poorly if the food was worth the hassel but this may be the worse gyro Ive ever tasted. The lamb was overcooked, dried out, and cold. The pita was chewy (tasted stale) and they used RANCH instead of TZATZIKI SAUCE. At least my Greek salad was edible.

Their flyer guy littered our entire apartment complex with flyers. Was to lazy to put them on the doors, just throws them on the ground. One of the other employees stated he lived in my same complex and noticed the same thing and the manager seemed very dismissive about it claiming he drove through later in the evening and didnt see anything. Offered to bring my video showing him and he wasnt even interested. His response was I talked to him yesterday and he says hes putting them on the door knobs. So I myself went around to 5 buildings picking their flyers off the ground. Wouldnt even have his lazy employee come clean up the mess he made. I think they owe every resident here a free pie for the inconvenience of having to clean up the deliberate mess his employee made at OUR homes, not his.

Okay okay okay, its in a dodgy strip mall and the decor isnt much to write home about, but you shouldnt take the in-laws here to make a first impression anyway. Then why, you ask, the 5 stars: i) Went with a friend who got the pizza (great lunch deal btw, so check it out) while I got the hot sub (also great lunch deal, so check them both out) and both were delicious; ii) The staff inside were helpful on menu selections and very friendly. Thats it ... the 2 primary reasons anyone should rate a non-5 star restaurant. Absolutely delicious food and extremely patient, friendly & attentive staff. (Keep in mind, I read a couple prior reviews which made me cautiously optimistic, but I didnt experience anything bad on this visit.)

Never give reviews but I had to make an exception. Ordered a deluxe pizza there. As soon as the first bite hit my mouth I knew I could be on to something special. Son came over from ucf to eat the leftovers and he did something he rarely does. He asked me where the pizza came from. He never really cares where his food comes from. Cant wait to try some of the dinners! The only complaint I would have is there delivery times. I was told a hour and its less then a mile to my house and it was two in the afternoon but it was definitely worth the wait.

I have been dining here for several years. I work out of state but when I come home I have to stop in here for the best pizza in the area. Last night I ordered an extra large pie with half shredded rib-eye bbq and half meat lovers with the intent of having the leftovers for lunch the next day. Needless to say, there were no leftovers. Andrew has done a wonderful job since I first found the place, now he owns it and you can tell he takes pride in his product and customer service. Well done ! And the prices are very reasonable to boot.

My family and I just recently moved to this area and we checked out a few Italian restaurants. We like their reviews and ordered from them a few times. Unfortunately, they hired a very unprofessional young female that was grossly unprofessional and extremely rude. She got our orders wrong several times in one night. Ive tried to contact the owner as my husband, but with no response. The food is okay for delivery, but not for that kind service. We like love Vinzos so much better. Quality and service there is top notch.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.. The girl that answers the phone is usually very rude and mildly condescending. I do not expect people to be robots, but being professional is usually a must for any establishment. Not to mention if you place an order for delivery. Do not expect to hear a knock on your door for about an hour and a half. Even when they tell you between 30 and 45 minutes. Its unfortunate because the food is decent, but not god enough to deal with the hassle.

I love Italian food, and this is the best place in the Orlando area with the best pizza, pastas, calzones, stromboli, everything you eat is the best. The chicken wings are awesome, the gyro, the subs, I have tried everything in the menu and I cant find something I dont like. I have tried other pizzerias and Italian restaurants and I can guarantee you this the best Italian place you would ever find. Thank you Tuscany! You make my Italian experience wonderful!

Stumbled upon this place while getting the best donuts ever at donut king a couple doors down. Pizza is great here. The menu looks awesome and would love to try more if we didnt live to far away. Service was wonderful today and it had a great neighborhood pizza place feel. Pizza was about the same price as chain places but its fresh, natural, and youre supporting local small business. Oh and they have actual bread sticks!

My husband and I live just around the corner from Tuscany Pizza. We have driven past it many times and have often wondered how the food was but we never went in. Tonight we decided would be the night and we placed an order for delivery. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. We were so extremely pleased and surprised we will definitely call this our go to pizza place.

I cant speak to the pizza here, but the wings had almost no sauce and seemed undercooked. I put them in the microwave for a few minutes to be sure. The Jalepano poppers were freezer burned, and everything just seemed lack luster. Also they forgot my soda. There are way better places around for wings.

Just ordered from Tuscany and everything was great! Son said it was the best cheese pizza hes had....and hes had plenty! Ordered garlic paremesan wings too, which were very good as well. Slight mixup with order, but was handled immediately. Well done Tuscany!! Looking forward to many orders to come.

This is my neighborhood pizzeria ... so great, my husband loves it and its been over 3 years we have been ordering or picking up from here... We have never ordered from pizza hut again..friendly atmosphere and the food is so fresh... Love these people!!

I have been eating their pizza for about 9 years. Everything is wonderful but my favorite is the deep dish Chicago style....mmm. Its just heavenly. Fabulous specials that make this place a weekly routine.

I always prefer the local pizza place to chain restaurants and we are glad this one is in our back yard! Its now our go to when pizza is decided for dinner! Great stuff and the people there are friendly!

If you are on this side of town definitely go to this restaurant. The food is outstanding and the service is top notch. Always fresh and made to order. I would definitely recomend the Alfredo dishes.
