The food is always good, the service on the other hand really needs work. I called ahead to order some slices to go, about 5 minutes later I show up then pay, expecting my order to be somewhat close to done. In fact, they hadnt even started on it until about 3 minutes after I paid them and was just standing there waiting. The guy making the pizza was just on his phone texting away, not caring at all. When the girl at the counter told him about the order, he wasnt in a hurry to get it ready. They werent busy, there wasnt anyone else there! After he finished his texting, he was in slow motion to get my order ready. WHY bother calling ahead if your bonehead staff doesnt care?! They seriously need to overhaul this staff. By the way, I was late getting back... not that they care.

I used to like this place! Past few times Ive been , 2 times picking up and one delivery . Pizza was cold and crust was hard as a rock , I called and they couldnt give a credit but could give me another pizza so I waited and it wasnt too bad , it was OK. I recently ordered a chicken parm sub, one of my favs.. well disappointment there the bread was burnt but the meatballs were good , got some canolis for desert and I opened the box and they were a mess ! I just ordered again to see maybe this time would be different . NOPE ! Chicken parm burnt AGAIN and customer service was the worst this time, so rude over the phone and in person and this was before I even had the chance to look at my food. Sucks because youre less than a mile away from my house , too bad..

Update: Down a star. The pizza isnt as cheesy. $10 of a Philly cheesesteak and the sun was practically empty! They just apologized and didnt bother to make it right. I let it slide since i love their pizza. Second time around they messed up the order and the extra cheese pizza was severely lacking the main ingredient. I waited 24hours for a phone call that never came. I called them myself and they only remade the pizza but couldnt deliver it even though my order was delivery. Needless to say they need to step their game up. Whats happening you used to be my #1! Disappointed to say the least. 2 months ago: The extra cheese pizza is just like back home in Bronx New York. Great prices too The pepperoni pizza is way to oily for my taste.

I want to grade this place higher but the inconsistency in pasta dishes and service lowers it a star. First of all, the pizza is great! The first time I ordered the carbonara pasta it was perfect! The second time, it did not look the same, it was overcooked and the pasta water it was boiled in was not salted which results in a very bland pasta. The third time I tried the pasta siciliano. It was bland again. The pasta was not boiled in salted water. I wonder if there is more than one chef? I really prefer the food from the first visit. More consistency please! Servers are inconsistent too. One serves pizza to guests and boxes up to go orders, the other doesnt.

I love this place! Ive been going to this location since it opened. Always fresh, nice people, lovely seating area. Never had a problem with service. Never had a problem with waiting for a long time. The owners are very lovely and take extra care of me when I walk in. Order often and they will treat you like family! Worst thing is so many great choices! Everything is always amazing. Please go and try this place!!! They also have amazing lunch deals for people on a budget but their dinner prices are very reasonable compared to nearby locations. And how could I forget their large portions?!

Over the weekend, I had the chance to try Paradiso Pizzeria Restaurant for the first time. And it was good. Really good. It is located in this strip center on 436 South of University Blvd. before Colonial Dr. on the right side. Kind of out of the way, but worth the drive. I tried the eggplant rollatini and some pizza. My friend and I could not believe we found something this amazing but it really was. Paradiso Pizzeria could become my favorite go-to pizza and Italian restaurant. Casual, good prices, and awesome food. Cannot wait to come back and try more different items from the menu.

Omg! Try the vegetarian pizza I put some red fresh sweet peppers is amazing. All the ingredients are fresh! Mushroom, the sauce is delicious and is not acid ,the peppers the onions are sweet! Im not an onion person not even a vegetarian pizza person I usually make my own. But I must say if they keep Making everything fresh and they dont increase the prices which are already a little bit high. This pizza can be for long time the best pizza in Orlando area. I recommend all the food here.

Had dinner here last night. The food was really good. The pizza was outstanding. The chicken picatta was awesome and our server was great. BUT it took a little longer than normal to get our food. Overall for a new restaurant, I think they did a nice job and for sure the food is outstanding. Will try again soon and definitely want to check out the homemade meatball parm sandwich. Heard it was the best! For casual Italian and great pizza, you cant go wrong with Paradiso Pizzeria.

Had dinner tonight at this new restaurant. The food and service was amazing. Jamie was our server and she was really good. But our food was even better. Lasagna and pizza. Split both. So glad Paradiso Pizzeria opened near us. It was the best pizza Ive had in years. It is authentic hand tossed NY style pizza. Cant wait to go back and try some of the Italian specialties.

Overpriced 3 different visits, once the Calzone was soggy and water covered my plate once I cut into it. Second visit, the exact same experience with Stromboli. Third visit, the pizza was "OK" but nothing to write home about. Even if the food had been great, it is still overpriced compared to other pizza place in the area. Sorry bout that, but 3 strikes and you are out.

Am a regular at the valencia community college location. I am from Brooklyn newyork and ive lived in Florida for a long time and its the only pizza that even comes close! Am so glad they opened up this location which is closer to me. I wish them much sucess!! Lunch combos are super affordable, 2 slices of cheese and any drink from cooler for $6 bucks! Best deal yet!!

Horrible service! Called ahead to order lunch for me and a coworker, Paradiso completely screwed up the order. So I stayed and waited for them to fix it but they screwed it up the second time!!! I had to wait for them to redo the order a third time and they charged me more than what they quoted me over the phone!! The food wasnt bad but Never again.

Just went there for my first time. Got their special large pizza with garlic knots and a 2 liter. The garlic knots were like garlic bites. However they were spot on for what they are supposed to taste like unlike other restaurants around. Their pizza is very good as well, pretty close to Bostons MA pizza around the ports. Will definitely come back.

The best pizza Ive ever had. And I love pizza. I eat pizza almost every single day. I stopped by to check out the new location from the same owners of Pizza Paradiso on Goldenrod. It is so good. Real New York style pizza. Loved it so much. Oh, and the chicken parm was awesome. Cant wait to go back and check out more great food.
