I live very close by, and from experience, the "rules" about the time they stop serving breakfast are constantly changing. Very frustrating. And a few times, (before 8 AM) mind you, they claimed they cannot serve the egg mcmuffin, because they already ran out of muffins. REALLY? that early in the am? Apparently the manager does not know how to correctly place an order for the food inventory. Also, never seems clean, and some of the staff has an attitude. We never go here any more, why, when Taco Bell is right across the street, McDonalds for breakfast around the corner on Howland, and Wendys. They are clean and friendly. The burgers at Wendys taste like real beef, as opposed to flat, fake tasting nasty burger at Burger King.The breakfast at McDonalds is always good.

I have visited this Burger King location regularly for the past 15 Years. It is a franchise unit and has always had good quality food and friendly staff. I am closer to the Debary BK but will drive 8 miles across Deltona to this location rather than going to the Debary or Orange City Burger Kings. I hope this franchise owner would consider opening a location on the other side of Deltona. Providence and Doyle/Debary or Providence and Normandy would be great locations and we are dying for a better dinning and takeout services here. Elkam Burger King has good food, great service and friendly people! When I order in the drive thru, it is usually for the family, either 5 or 8 people. I never wait at this location.

OMG!!!! Im not sure what was worse the food or the service. I have been to this location 3 times in the past and Im not sure what is worse the condition of the dining room or the service. Never in my life I thought that I would be treated so poorly for asking for some napkins. When I asked ARIEL for some napkins to hold the icecream cone I bought for my 10 yr. old I was told"well if you would just wait,I could give you some. I have to give you the food first" keep in mind all I ordered was an icecream cone. she should of had the napkins on the cone,not hold the cone with your bare hands,..and then they refused to give me the owners number

Rudest manager ever spoken to. Justin or something his name was. Complete phony employee, Id be fired if I spoke to a customer like that at my workplace! Taking this to corporate! Ask him a question and he replied, this is not the time to talk right now we are in dinner rush." Your job as a manager towards me as a customer is to assist the needs I have. Youve provided customer service like a prostitute would. Screw you.

It was disgusting worst burger king food I have ever eaten. Service was ok they gave me wrong sides drink cover and the chicken sandwich was not made with real chicken. The chicken sandwich was a mix of fried sweet and salty dough very greasy. I also bought a grilled chicken sandwich that was disgusting and tasted like a frozen veggie patty. Only good thing was the soda and the fries.

This facility is known for being rude and filthy kitchen, and actually just made the news for calling the police on harmless teenagers with munchies. Narcs. Go down the road to Wendys instead and save yourself the hassle.

I had an issue with a burger from a drive thru and when I went in the last at the counter was very rude and refused to help me. When I asked for a manager she gave me a rude "I AM the manager."
