If I could review without leaving a star I would. This was the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. On top of that, more than half of my order was wrong. When I came back through, the woman that took my order - WHO WAS A MANAGER - told me after I asked for corporates number, told me that I had an attitude, and she wasnt giving me the number of someone to talk to. I told her that I didnt have an attitude, and she then proceeded to tell me "Yeah you have, now get out of the drive thru." And she shut the window in my face. SHE WAS A MANAGER! She should have never talked to me like that! I am very disappointed that Taco bell hires people like her.

So disappointing. I could swear that even a fast food chain RUN BY CHILDREN would be a better one than this. First off, the drive thru IS EXTREMELY SLOW. Not only does the drive thru move at an incredibly slow speed, but it turns out disappointing when you get the food wrong. I can only think that most of the time, you guys just pack random food, in an attempt to make the day faster and easier. Its as if my family said "Heres $40! Put whatever you want in the bag!" So dissapointed. Were thinking of talking to corporate so we can get free food. The quality of this restaurant is probably the worst in Florida.

My first review ever, we tried to give this location one more shot but didnt turn out so good. We come here once every few months, today the drive through guy taking orders and giving them was a sarcastic jerk, everything we said he had a sarcastic comment back ( and were extremely nice people) got home and food was soggy, cheese not melted on quesadillas and wrappers were all wet with the sauces all over. We had to throw out over half our food, Im just upset because we do the eat out to often and this always happens. Like I said Ive never complained about any place before but I think people should know.

Im pissed rite now, I went through the drive through and the incompetent woman on the other end had a very hard time getting even a basic order correct. After that when i met her at the window she immediately made me feel like i was bothering her. After scolding and questioning me about the authenticity of my money (because it was a little wrinkled up) she than became very rude while saying my money is fake and rite in front of her manager balled up the money and THREW IT IN MY FACE!!!! I am outraged and disgusted with the treatment i received. Will never go back to this establishment.

If I could take away stars I would. This is by far, the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. They are constantly understaffed and therefore it takes eons to get your order. And 9 times out of 10, the order is incorrect. If it wasnt the only Taco Bell in the area, I would avoid this place as if it were the plague. The only thing I can say that is positive about the incompetent staff working there, is that they are, at least, friendly and not rude.

I normally dont write reviews but today I received excellent service from this location in the afternoon around 4 oclock and the drive-through wait was a bit long but that was due to an employees mother having to go to the hospital or something of that sort when we got our food the manager an employee apologize for the wait and we receive our food hot and fresh. Will eat here again and thanks a bunch Steven

This location never has caramel empanadas. They ask if you want to wait 15 min. For them then they sold them to a drive thru customer. Went back again on another ocasion and they also asked me to wait for 8 min. I guess its hard for me to understand why they never have them ready. Why wait every single time to run out before you make more. NEVER GOING TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN.

Only went to grab a soda. Total was $2.02, I handed the service person $5.02, and she returned $2.00 to me and closed the window. Sat for at least a minute before she acknowledged I was still there, and she knew what was wrong when she opened the window. Soda was watered-down, maybe their syrup machine was low.

Food was good when I went, I would not eat this stuff to much or you might need a surgeon in your near future. They never got my order wrong but I only go once a month. Only suggestion I would give them take more care making nachos dont just pour the cheese on one side and beans on the other.

Gave up on them. The tacos are always soggy with grease. Twice we had to throw away half our food. Such a waste of money. When you are able to actually to get to the window after a thirty min wait make sure your order is right also . worse taco bell weve been too.

Staff is not trained properly. None of them care about how the food looks going out the window or providing even acceptable customer service except for one individual named Courtney. Her exemplary performance has saved this review from being 1 star.

I went looking for a bite to eat just before hurricane Matthew showed up (it was only in cocoa at the time) and they were closed during business hours. Now I have to face category 4 hurricane hungry. All I wanted was a cheesy gordika crunch

Food has always been good at this location but the lack of speed is just unacceptable. 20 minutes in a drive-thru without a line is ridiculous. If it werent for the fact the food is good I wouldnt come back.

Very skimpy on there portion sizes they say one scoop if you try and say anything about it but every time I go I get flat burritos. Go to the OC or deland if you really want taco bell

Dine-in service on 7/8/17 took over 25 minutes to get my food. Management is incompetent. Made the weak manager write the time I recieved my order and put his initials too.
