It was late. After 2 am. The only customers were 2 cops having breakfast. The 3 of us walked in and were greeted in a reasonable amount of time and seated at a table. Our orders were taken and we waited. Finally our food arrived. A little slow, considering we were the only ones that had an order in, but not a problem. My companions had no complaints with their food, I on the other hand was amazed with the 3 over medium eggs before me. I didnt know it was possible to cook an egg until it was crunchy. They were slopped on the plate completely covering the bacon, which the waitress noticed was 2 pieces short. She apologized and offered to have the eggs recooked. That would have been desirable, but whatever a cook that would have prepared this plate would surely add to the eggs was not. I would eat these, but I would like the rest of the bacon. The waitress said she would see to it. After a bit, she said she hadnt forgotten but she couldnt find the cook. When all but my toast had been consumed, the cook wandered out of the kitchen with 2 pieces of bacon on a plate folded into a pool of grease. Dropped it on the table acknowledged my "thank you" with a "you welcome" and sauntered back into the kitchen. I love IHOP and always recommend it, but for this one, late at night, I recommend you order your eggs, scrambled.

The food was ok, but the service was horrible. It took them a while to seat us. My husband had to ask another waitress to bring him a refill on his drink, when she brought out the food we asked for silverware and the waitress went to take someone elses order. For the most part she spent most of her time in the back. We had to call the restaurant so we could have someone bring us our bill. We never had this issue the first time we went there but we also went during the day. The night staff needs to be retrained on customer service and work ethics because the way things were last night were beyond unprofessional. It took them a half an hour to realize someone else was seated behind us and no one had helped him yet. And this was not rush hour this was between ten and eleven pm. I dont who the manager is but please retrain your night shift staff.

After waiting nearly 40 minutes for our number to be called, an impatient woman who was much further down the list than ourselves, rushed the hostess claiming she was waiting too long and her 4 children were becoming unstable and that she needed to be seated now. After myself and another party recognized that this number system was flawed, we told the hostess that it wasnt fair to the others. She then said "your next honey, dont worry". UNACCEPTABLE. If your children are becoming unruly thats your problem to take care of, not a reason to jump in front of me. The food was adequate and server performance was below average as we had to ask for his whereabouts twice when trying to settle our bill. Overall not the worst dinning experience ever, they just require a better staff/management when dealing with the brunch time crowd.

Horrible...where to begin?!! Waitress didnt give us straws, crayons, creamer for coffee very late, didnt get order correct, and told me I was wrong, when confronting her. The whip cream on top of the pancakes melted and was on the side of the plate. This location is very busy and even if your given a buzzer, they will skip over people before you....if your waiting outside. They will ask if there is a party of 2, but will not go outside and ask! Why not go by what they write down and use the buzzer?? I dont recommend this location.

Food is rarely ready on time and today theyve taken their phone off the hook to avoid phone orders. I called an hour ago to see if they were open today and the line has been busy since then. Now, I understand today is Christmas, however it was their choice to take a job that remains open on major holidays. They are still being paid to do their jobs to the fullest extent of expectation. Its not only a disservice to their customers but to their company as well. Headed to waffle house, they answered the phone. ...

So on my way home me and my husband stop in for some breakfast and its a busy Sunday but the hostess Maxine was very nice so I order the steak and eggs so I asked if the pancakes could come out first which they did then my steak came and no eggs so the eggs come after Im done eating my steak and the were burnt so whats the point of ordering steak and eggs and when I told kimmie she was very sarcastic so of course I did not enjoy my breakfast the worst IHOP!

Food is usually good, though theres always a mess up. Today the omelet was cold in the middle. Last time the wrong meal was made. Time before that it took 50 minutes for an order of toast. Service is usually good but occasionally you get a server that just doesnt check on you. Drinks are usually good, but dont order the sweet tea. Its been expired everytime Ive gotten it. Ive never had such retched sweet tea, so do yourself a favor and skip it.

Ordered the breakfest sampler with over medium eggs. Eggs were overwell done... Bacon was soggy.... This links were sitting on the grill WAY too long!!! My wifes pancakes were okay but her scrambled eggs were overcooked... Waitress was quick to give the bill while ignoring the coffee carafe with flipped lid indicating we were out of coffee... This place was great when first opened and now its already getting complacent... So sad!

I came to eat breakfast with my bf.... We are seated right away. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Meanwhile four other tables got there food right away and they came in after us... Once it gets here, my food was ice cold....the waitress doesnt say a word. We left food in table. Paid for drinks and left. Horrible experience when all we wanted was a good warm breakfast after being up all night long...

I usually come here often with my family and this time that I went the server Mike looked like he was on drugs, he took forever to bring out the food and seemed lost and would forget everything constantly, he made many clients mad with what I saw and after getting the food there was a long piece of red hair in the food, I would honestly not recommend this IHop with the type of staff at the moment

I read the reviews and dont understand how people can say this place is dirty. I drive 40 minutes from Palm Coast to come here to eat breakfast. For someone who isnt a breakfast person I sure go out of my way to eat here. The food is delicious and always as ordered. You gotta try the steak tips for breakfast, to die for. Overall this place is great, service is awesome and food delicious!!!

We came before had great service. But todays experience was very different. It took forever for our breakfast to come out. People that came in after us was gettino their food first and was almost do everything by the time we got ours. Then she didnt bring toast out so hubbys eggs were cold when he got his toast then he had to butter it himself.. Well be going to Dennys from now on.
