I love places that go out of the box with their burgers and fries. This is one of those places. We found this through a "burger crawl" with some friends. It was our second stop. Since we had beef at our first stop, we decided to go for something different. So, we ordered the Spicy Thai Shrimp burger. I was amazed to find that it had big chunks of shrimp in it, instead of being ground into something shrimp flavored but unrecognizable. The toppings were just right in both quantity and heat level. I would definitely order it again. We also tried the burger of the day, which was the Bayou Burger. It was made with ground turkey, andouille sausage, remoulade sauce and cajun slaw. I only know that it was really good. It would be a tough choice between the two, but I think I may like this one best. The fries came in two kinds, regular and sweet potatoes. Both were thin cut and perfectly fried. The fun was in the sauce bar. I loved both the toasted marshmallow and apple cider sauces, especially on the sweet potatoes. After trying those two, I didnt even bother with the other flavors, they were SO good. But, it didnt end there. Yes, by now, we had been to two places and tried 6 burgers, chips, fries, etc., but there was something else on the menu.........A BANANAS FOSTER MILKSHAKE!! Heaven help me, because I couldnt help myself. I only have a milkshake about every other year, but this was going to be the one. Topped with a caramelized quarter of a banana, it was thick and creamy with the perfect balance of caramel banana flavor. I will wake up at night thinking about that shake. So the next time youre craving something different in a burger, this place should be on your list.

Sorry guys, but whoever is running this place is not doing a good job. My experience: ordered food over the phone for pickup. They said 15 min. I showed up on time and asked for the food. Cashier walks to the back and disappears for over ten minutes with no warning. Meanwhile another person eating at a table stands up and got in line behind me. He wanted a cup of water and no one was helping him at the tables. I then walked to the kitchen doors when another employee walked out and I had to stop him from walking right past me to get some help at the cashier. Then the kitchen started working. A few minutes later the original cashier finally shows up again with my order. ...then... I get home and the burger had no spices (zero taste), and the turkey burger did not have the sauce it is supposed to have. I will not go back. Good luck keeping it open.

We came at around 7pm-ish on a warm, rainy night. You can probably imagine that we were all hungry and looking for a good place to satisfy our appetites. All of the burgers that we ordered were tasty and juicy. The buns surprisingly did not get soggy, which tends to happen at other burger joints. The fries were average though; they tasted a bit bland. We did like the wide array of condiments offered though. It gives people the option to twist the burgers flavors to their liking. And try the milkshakes! I personally liked them a lot.

Fuming.... Wasted 20 min trying to order online for nothing because the system was down. Then i drive to the store and 2 teens are at the front talking. I stand there for 5 min with no one offering to take my order. Finally, I ask, is anyone going to take my order? One of the teens then explains that "hes in the back" but makes no attempt to get "him". She apologized that she is not trained to cashier. No prob. I wait some more... nothing. Finally, STARVING, i leave. Headed to Taco Rico down the street. Immediate service.

My buddies took me there for lunch for the first time today. B-21 was accepting cash only due to a computer problem and Im hoping they were just having a really off day but my burger was unnervingly rare and room temp. Took a long time for the order to come out and they forgot to season it, and the spud portion of the burger was just an amazing amount of room temperature oil held together by the potato hash via capillary action. First bite was like drinking a big slug of canola oil. The Chili cheese fries were soupy wet.

Me and another two friends of mine had burgers on September 12 couple of days after hurricane irma, it was one of the only places that serve food The burger taste awful but we head no choice because many restaurant at tat time was closed after eating there all three of us got severe stomach problems if you have no fresh Meat why are you serving it to the public shame on you, we should complain to the business bureau about your lack of service very bad experience we will never go back there.

Burger was fine. Wasnt worth the effort of the long wait time on a slow night, but that was not the issue. Ordering from the person in front was the worst. She had attitude and acted as if I was wasting their time. No greeting other than, what do you want. Also I overheard the manager later explain that there were specials and that pissed me off that I wasnt offered the same information. I think that I would rather go to five guys. Burgers are better and they dont have bad attitudes.

I came in because I received a bogo card, gave it to the guy at the register which was rushing us to order, and was extremely rude. I made sure to ask a few times about the bogo card and he said it was fine. He gave me the wrong order charged my boyfriend for both burgers and extra salsa which we did not order. Basically had a bad experience from the second I walked into the door. Not only I will not be coming back, I regret spending $17 on crappy burgers and horrible service.

Modifying my review about this place due to the fact that a lady brought her toy doy inside the restaurant, inside a carrier, and ate a meal... and none of the staff said anything. I dont enjoy blatant health code violations. Wouldnt have minded if she sat outside, but allowing a non-service animal inside of the place isnt right.

Food and shakes are great! Cheese ale fries are a must try, they use Yuengling to make it. Black and bleu burger is amazing. Shakes are done well, atmosphere is modern and welcoming. They even have an outdoor seating area with dog treats and dog water bowls at no charge. Theyre open until 10 on the weekdays and 11 Fri and Sat.

Great burgers! They need to work on the wait times though. This joint is in a very busy area so on this particular night (2/18/16) I dont know if it was because they were short staffed or a disorganized system in the back kitchen but 45 minutes for a couple of burgers is really pushing it... other than that I have no complaints.

Had the Tex-Mex burger and it was great. The burger was the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. I also tried the fries with the Ale sauce but the sauces they have for free are all you really need. The rajun Cajun and the chipotle mayo were my favorite. Nice touch with carrying Mexican bottled coke.
