I am extremely disgusted right now! My Husband, myself and our 15 month old daughter all extreme nausea from food we got yesterday (April 9th, 2017). My Husband got a burrito, I got a bowl with half chikcen and half steak and my daughter the quesadilla with chicken and cheese kids meal for take out. My Husband gets home and notices two stale tortillas with no chicken or cheese. He then has to drive back out another 20 minutes to have them fix their error with no apologies or anything. While he is gone I am also noticing the white rice had no cilantro or seasoning as usual, there were literally about 7 pieces of meat in the entire bowl and the food tasted extremely bland and disgusting. We frequent Chipotle so we know how the food is supposed to look and taste. The location told my Husband they were also out of fruit so they gave him stale chips. I am SO utterly disgusted and wish we had eaten there to throw up the garbage we were given. I will never go to this Chipotle ever again and hope a health inspector sees this and finds out why the food was so horrible and not up to typical Chipotle standard yesterday.

If you want to be overcharged and spend 23.43 for a bowl that was supposed to be 6.50 . Have your account overdrawn ,and have a 39 overdraft fee , and end up spending around 50.00 for a bowl . This is the Chipotle for you . Then when you look for a reasonable resolution your told sorry. When you tell them that sorry is not good enough , and something needs to be done.... the worker decides she doesnt like your attitude. She will tell you she doesnt care Literally.. because she cant deal with the situation. WOW just WOW. Guess I was supposed to take it and smile,....I did not.. What a aggravation and mission..Final resolution they refund me, and get this!!! They let me keep my meal, and act like they did me some great favor or something .So in the end I payed 39 buck overdraft fee for a bowl at chipotle. I thought I was going to get a quick easy lunch ..Not here not today.. This shouldnt happen to people.. Maybe my bank will be more reasonable when I explain the situation to them.

I want to give this Chipotle a five star review but in reality I cant. I have been to lots of different Chipotles in many different towns, but none have ever been like this. While the food is always very good and the service is pretty excellent, it is extremely aggravating that every time I go to this Chipotle they are always out of something. Granted this is the busiest Chipotle that I have ever been too but really when a Mexican restaurant who specializes in burritos runs out of tortilla shells that is just not ok. Also running out of chicken or salsa of any kind is just absurd. I love this place but it is annoying to find that you are always out of my favorite kind of salsa. For goodness sake start ordering more food. Also when I made a joke about it to one of the employees, she responded with "start telling people to stop coming here." OR you could increase inventory? That is always an option.

I have been to several Chipotle restaurants around town...but the staff at this location in Davie is fantastic and I will go out of my way to get served at this Chipotle! I have gone to other Chipotle restaurants where the staff seems miserable and even annoyed that the customer is there -- NOT this location. The staff here is friendly and efficient. They actually smile and work hard to make that line move. (yes, this is a very popular Chipotle and sometimes the line can be a little long but it is well worth the wait.) The portions are good!...but if, by chance, a server doesnt put quite enough food to your liking, just kindly ask for a little more and they will gladly do it! My experience at this particular Chipotle keeps me coming back to this location for more! Thank you very much Chipotle at Tower Shops!

I have been to this Chipotle a few times now, and every time Ive gone Ive been pretty disappointed. I always order a burrito with brown rice, black beans, steak, medium, corn, and a side of guacamole. This particular evening my friends and I stopped by and ordered a few burritos, just like mine, and the beans were dry, the rice over cooked, the steak didnt have the same flavor as we are used to, but out of everything the guacamole was fine. Every time I have been to this Chipotle it has been inconsistent, nobody smiles and they all look absolutely miserable working there, and in all honesty Id rather drive all the way to Pines the next time I want an amazing burrito because this is just not Chipotle quality.

Been to a couple different chipotle locations in coral Springs and Tamarac area. I was in Davie and was hungry stopped at chipotle ordered a bowl to go and a burrito. I told the server no rice because me and those kind of carbs dont get along he then gave me a teaspoon of pinto beans he probably thought I was a newborn baby I told him double steak he then gave me two teaspoons of meat I asked him sir is that it he said yea. Moving down the line then the girl gave me a babys hand full of lettuce I could literally count the lettuce. I will never eat chipotle again payed over ten bucks for a meal no bigger than the palm of a toddlers hand!

Today I bought 6 Burritos and my family and I had the worse experience. There were shredded pieces of plastic in the burritos apparently being used to pass as that red onion. This is the second time im been dissapointed by Chipotle. The Pines Blvd Location is even worse. Place an online order once and went to pick up my order, 15 after the pick up time and was told that I must wait. Waited also an hour and finally got him order. Got home and my worse nightmare. My family and I are vegetarians, we were given chicken, steak and pork basically nothing as stated in our order. I MUST SAY I AM OFFICIAL DONE!!!! THE WORSE PLACE EVER.

I hate this specific chipotle solely based on the staff. Every single time i come the staff slumps on food as much as they can and works incredibly slow as if its all of their first days on the job creating crazy lines. PLUS every time order online the order has been gotten outrageously wrong to a point where i had to send it back or they didnt even begin to make it way past the pick up date making me late for engagements. I wouldnt be upset if all the other Chipotles in the area were like this but the rest of them have been so much more efficient to the point where i try to go anywhere else in the area to eat.

My go to place after Zona Fresca. I find at Chipotle if you dont speak up you will get hosed on the quantity 60 % of the time. Always get the Burrito Bowl its always bigger than the Burrito if quantity is your thing. If you want your moneys worth just speak up. I notice patrons in line ahead and behind me look at their portions and then mine, and wish they had mine. Just speak up. Im not a dick just a consumer who works for a living. Ingredients are always fresh. If you hate lines go elsewhere.
