Have you ever placed an order online? Have you ever been given the option of a time frame for completion/pickup? If you have and youve enjoyed a pleasant experience then forget everything you know about that concept with this location. Go ahead and "adapt" to their failure at time management with online orders and place your order 30 minutes out and arrive 40 minutes later so they can have a head start. If you do this then you will still arrive and your food will not be ready. The inconvenience and negligence of any restaurant chain that fails to commit to a simple task creates a piss poor image of the company and this location wears the concept with pride.

Well I finally checked out the new Chipotles ... Sorry to say but while the food was just OK the portion amounts are very slim. Had a Chorizo bowl hoping it would be more filling than just a burrito, but in my opinion 3 oz of meat (maybe) and 2 cups of rice & lettuce a few small amounts of toppings was simply not worth $7. With a large fountain drink came to a total of about $10 with tax... Ill keep my opinions of the rapid service line & steel prison style tables to myself... but each to their own.

Great service but the portions are way less than any Chipotle Ive been too! & there have been Many! Chipotle is known for feeding you but at this location in which I have been twice and both times my husband had to ask for more than 3 teaspoons of rice and 4 grilled peppers and a little spoon of meat! We were really excited to get one in our town but very disappointed that its not up to all the other locations standards! Feed them and they will come!

I think the food is great and I always get a good portion when I go. The people are friendly too. What I dont like is their awful chips! Moes chips are so much better. Chipotles chips taste like they are stale every time. And Im not sure why the seating/tables are so industrial looking...?? Not comfortable or welcoming at all. I wonder if other Chipotles have that same style. Anyway, I will keep going back, I just wont eat their chips.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! Management is mentally abusive. The store manager is 18 years old and fires people if she does not like them! The apprentice (assistant manager who is 22) will blame you for things that she doesnt get done (the manager and her are best friends, if you disagree with either of them they will fire you). Worst place I have ever worked for. So disrespectful. They never do cleaning of the store right either... gross.

Horriable !! One person ahead of me took 15 mins to get my bowl made ! Way TOO LITTLE portions!! Then the girl says all chiptole are the same nooo they are not ! Ive had chiptole all over the United States and this one is by far the worst one by far ! They need to do the correct portion size ! Like this place is slow and not good at all ! Drive the extra 40 mins to get chiptole done right ! This place sucks !

When I went in it was pretty empty around 2:30pm so I went straight to order, the girls in the front were very nice and polite. As far as the food it tasted very fresh with good flavor, I was expecting light spice to the food but it was actually pretty spicy which I didnt mind. Place was pretty clean just some food here and there around the floors.

There was 8 employees working, no one in restaurant except 4ppl. Trash was full and tables were a mess. When I ordered my food I had to wait on veggies because they were out so I decided to wait. They charged me extra for chicken even though I had to wait. I have contacted upper management because the manager sucks! June 15@ 615pm.

I have been multiple times. Disappointed by how slow they are even with a short 2-3person line. My food is usually cold by the time I get it because they have to constantly rewrap the burritos!!! The chicken was dry and tasted differently. Went to Pascos Chipotle to be reminded of how the foodis supposed to taste.

The kids meals are a joke! Overpriced for a tiny tortilla folded in half, flavorless rice, flavorless chips and beans that were too spicy for any of our kids to eat!! To make it better my burrito was carelessly made(ripped and falling apart). Wont be back.
