Quality and quantity for a fair price! Non-gmo, antibiotic, preservative, and hormone free food, served with smiles and cute conversation. The team there today was very friendly with me and each other, it was an enjoyable experience. My first time to this location, wont be my last. Sometimes people are terrible customers, which might explain the bad service and reviews, but it seems management does want to cultivate a better store, as inferred from eyeing an interview on my way in. I give this place 5 out of 5 burrito bowls for Chipotles overall morals and store ethics, as well as todays teams humanity! It would be cool to have daily chef specials, or even one day a week, but I get thats just not a "Chipotle thing".

I usually love Chipotle and this negative review is constructive criticism that I hope is taken to heart. The staff here stood out and wasnt the most pleasant. The woman adding topping to the orders was yelling at customers and honestly causing a disturbance in the restaurant. The place was so incredibly loud with the music playing, and her yelling... it was uncomfortable. The woman also wasnt looking at me or the other customers, just yelling the items out in question format. I said something to the gentleman during checkout and he just blew it off. NOT the level of service Ive seen throughout the US at these places. Very poor experience and Id advise a review of the attitudes and service abilities of the staff.

Since Chipotle arrived to Asheville North Carolina, Ill admit they had some adjusting to do, HOWEVER the flavors of their steaks and chicken, carnitas and guacamole are sublime, it tastes close to the Chipotles from any big city and the flavors are not compromised. I love the de-glazing flavor of the grilled chicken and charred flavor from the grill marks, its tender and juicy and the steak is well seasoned, moist and not cooked too tough...The rice is steamed to perfection and the veggies are not over cooked and fresh...if they keep this up along with speed, accuracy and good customer service...they may have to open another store pretty soon. Just keep getting better and stay consistent is all I ask!

So after waiting months and months to actually try "Chipotle" today i decided to check them out. (No long lines for once) I get in there, no greeting, nobody was smiling, it just didnt seem like anybody wanted to be there. Anyway , I pay for my food, and im sitting there waiting on something,... My chips and salsa. So i ask where are my chips? The lady says "Oh you have to pay for chips and salsa." Come on, Chipolte, i payed 9 dollars for my burrito and I cant even get chips and salsa included. Oh and the food wasnt even good! All that hype for nothing. HORRIBLE

This Chipotle is in serious need of a corporate audit. They give the smallest portions I have ever received at a Chipotle, as if it is coming out of the employees salary. The past two times Ive been, they have been out of fajitas. When I asked if they had more on the way I was rudely told "I dont know". The only reason for the second star is that the 1/8 cup of chicken I received still tastes like a real Chipotle.

WOREST CHIPOLTE that I have EVER been too. I been Dozens in California and weekly for 4 YEARS in California and The South Asheville one is BY FAR horrible! Terrible Customer Service, Small portions, and they dont even know how to properly roll burritos! I LOVE Chipolte, so I have tried several times EACH time poor customer service and things wrong, Small portions or ran out of food!!!!

The food quality is amazing, the people working there... not so much. It deserves 5 stars because I can overlook the employees when I receive my tasteful food. Everytime I go in there, the flavors are incredible. But gosh darn it.. they are some.unhappy people working there.

I lived in Sylva and this was, unfortunately, the closest Chipotle. But when I needed it, it was there. This particular location seemed to be out of stuff a lot, though. One time they were out of cheese, another lettuce, and often they are out of guac :(

For being the only Chipotle around me now in Asheville. Instead of having one almost at every exit up in Ohio. Its alright in comparison, its not amazing and its not horrible. Wierdly its never packed like in most cities, which is a plus! VHD

Asheville is one of the new age cities having a vibrant yet calm vibe and romanticism describes it well. Be sure to stop by at Chipotle after a ride/drive down the Blue Ridge Parkway which connects to the south of the city.

They are nice and I always loved their food. Something I would always look for besides white castles when I was in the military. I love the cashier the times we go, she is very nice when we have the kids with us.

Employees were complaining that they didnt expect or want to be busy during the mid afternoon. Burrito wrapping was awful and the tables were all dirty. Our experience was less than acceptable.
