I normally enjoy coming to this establishment, but on 10-30-16 @ 8:30pm I walked into a night crew who was joking around, eating at the front register and back kitchen while also preparing food. I found that very disturbing and frustrating...since they are the individuals preparing my food, not to mention I called in my order and it wasnt prepared in the 20 min window they gave me. If management reads these reviews at all...I surely hope you tighten up that night crew or I will personally make sure word goes out about the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service of this restaurant. I do not appreciate someone who is working front counter going back to grab my rolls with "HER" bare hands and not washing them or even having your staff were protective wear (gloves, hair nets, etc...) I have said my peace!!!!!!

We had a great experience here. Friendly home town vibe. Definitely a family place. High praise to all the staff, theyre extremely friendly. The owner is very nice and makes rounds ensuring his customers are happy. The pizza we ordered was not made correctly, it happens. We were given the incorrect pizza and not charged even though our waiter left it so the kids could start eating while the correct one was made. He could have taken it back and had us wait. To a parent with small kids that was a big deal!! The pizzas were delicious and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place!!

We had ordered 5 28" pizzas for a company event on Sunday. From the first interactions with staff over the phone the customer service was excellent. We received a confirmation call on Sunday morning and all the pizzas were ready on time. The staff walked the pizzas to my car and were so friendly. Their pizza is amazing! Needless to say almost all the pizza was gone by the end of the night and whatever was left over was claimed and taken home. Thank you Brandon Pizza for being one of the best Pizzerias in Brandon!

Ive watched the service improve here over time, and the food is excellent. The pricing is also pretty reasonable for what you get, and I like the homey vibe you get when dining here. Im not quite at that 5-star mark yet, but this is a pizza place, after all, and I dont go in expecting or even wanting a 5-star experience. If youre looking for good food for a good price and a nice, cozy place to eat it in, this is a great place for it. And...they have cheap beer, and everybody loves cheap beer. :-D

Stromboli is excellent, pizza has been great most times Ive ordered; one time my 18" pie had week, soft spots in areas, usually caused by overstetching the dough or poor rolling of the dough ball when being prepped. Wings are very good although a tad inconsistent; sometimes they are very wet, sometimes hardly any sauce. All in all I enjoy eating here and recommend it. And they have Sicilian pizza, which I love and it is hard to find real Sicilian pie around here

When I entered I was treated like I was a a Queen and they waited on me with the prettiest smiles, kept checking on me. My food is always the very best. The Owner is not only good with people coming in but those inside, He treats all who enter, like his very own family His employees are thoughtful, kind, cheerful, and I give it 5 stars it is a wonderful place to eat and relax with a meal. Have the chance go visit .

I went in today expecting to get something quick and get out. I ended up ordering the Sicilian Special, a stuffed pizza. I got mine with meat. It was delicious! They put their sauce on the side, which was great too, not acidic, just really great red sauce and usually red sauce gives me heartburn, so I KNOW fresh home made sauce. The people were really nice, down home awesome neighborhood Italian restaurant. Will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks yall!

The food here is five stars BUT I waited 50 minutes for a very simple takeout order. I usually call for delivery but I was in the neighborhood so I decided to pickup my order. I ordered a submarine, French fries and provolone sticks. Thirty minutes in I asked about my order and was told it would be five more minutes. But another 20 minutes had passed until my order finally arrived. I was so mad. I wont be coming back.

$5.49 for 2 large slices of cheese pizza and a drink. I went on a Wednesday at 12noon so it was pretty slow. Pizza was fresh and crispy! You could taste the cheese. Real and authentic. Sauce was not heavy. Really light. Crust was buttery flaky with a hint of garlic. Man oh man was this good pizza. Just as good as my home town of Chicago. I am definitely coming back. This place deserves way more than 5 stars!!!

Great service! Amazing New York style Italian food! But they seem to forget the meaning of the word extra... When my mom goes and gets pizza she gets me eggplant and ricotta on my slices, they have no issue giving her a blanket of ricotta on my slices. Sadly when I order from them and ask for extra ricotta they barely give me any at all.

First time here. Brought my kids for lunch and had a great experience. The staff is attentive and friendly, and they make you feel welcome. The pizza takes a while but the end-product is well worth the wait. Prices are also very reasonable. I also liked the fact that I saw many families with kids coming in. Definitely recommended.

I love pizza and I think I just found the best pizza in Brandon. They serve a great NY style thin crust that is perfect. They also have a thick crust but I like the thin. Lots of other things on the menu as well. Staff was friendly, place was well lit, lots of TVs showing sports and a game room for the kids. We will be back.

I usually enjoy coming to the Pizzeria but today when I ordered some wings I was really disappointed I ordered garlic Parmesan wings a bit crispy and I ended up getting dried out over fried wings with no seasoning at all did not taste like garlic Parmesan at all not a . happy camper....

We moved from NJ 3 Months ago and we had been on a quest to find good pizza like back home. Well we are thrilled to report we found it! Brandon Pizza was very good and just like our favorite pizza in NJ. Customer service was very nice as well, this will definitely be our go to pizzaria!

Great authentic New York style pizza. Was visiting my brother in Brandon who had a neeting so.... Im from New England and love my pizza. Used Google to search and found this place which was excellent. Fast friendly service from the owner. He was great !! and so was his pizza

I finally found the best pizzeria in Florda, yes Florida. The staff is awesome, very professional, pizza is Amazing and the prices are reasonable. Even my kids Love Brandon Pizzeria. Thank you for your wonderful service and delicious pizza. We will be back about once a week :)
