Ordered a delivery order on-line today. The order took over an hour and a half to come. This wouldnt have been terrible on football Sunday if the order was close to okay. We ordered 24 wings all flats, half hot half medium, 3 Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, 2 fries 1 regular 1 loaded, and onion rings. One of the cheesesteaks was to be toasted it came completely burnt. The wings came half mild half medium and a mix of flats and drums. We received 2 regular fries and no loaded. I called the store to let them know all the mistakes that were made and I wanted a refund for the incorrect items. I was first told they only give store credit. I asked for the mananger and Joshua came to the phone. He said he would issue a credit for the burnt sandwich and the difference of the regular fries vs. the loaded fries. Nothing for the incorrect wings because they did not charge me a upcharge for all flats. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. He couldnt have cared less that I was an unhappy customer. He said the new owner Mike would be in after 4 if I wanted to talk to him. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

I wish I am able to leave a zero star. I place my order at 8:00 PM, the young lady tells me about an hour wait which is fine. They arrive at 9:10 PM with the WRONG order. I tell the delivery guy this is not mines, he takes the receipt from my hands and it doesnt even have my address on it. So he leaves and I call the store to tell whats going on. Austin picks up and Im explaining to him whats going on. Waited over an hour they come and its the wrong order. He than tells me in a sarcastic way "well I can void out your order." Now what an the hell does that mean? That now Im going to stay without food when I have kids waiting? He tells me no I said Im going to give you your order for free. I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me I am the manager. Great! Because you suck. I will never order from these people again! Worst customer service!!

Food is not bad but delivery service sucks! I Dont know why in keep ordering from here but this will be the last time. They ALWAYS forget something or something is wrong, is it really that difficult to put sauces and dressings in the bag. Just got my order, no Caesar dressing, not surprised though. Two times ago happened again and they said I would get a free dessert on next order "its noted in system", never got it on next order no record of it. They said they will put my dressing on next delivery run, they were already 45 minutes late than was promised...maybe itll come before I go to bed..in 5 hours...If you plan to order from this location go pick it up, they obviously dont under stand what delivery is supposed to be about and the advantages of it...ugh!!

Ordered an Italian hoagie that ran about $8 for carry out. When I cracked it open what did I find? Nasty lunch meat slices (over salted and everything) cradling shredded tomatoes and lettuce inside a sorta okay roll. For the same $8 I could have gone to Publix and gotten real meat (Boars Head), tomato slices that were actually rip, and whole pieces of lettuce on a much better bread. Also, I ordered pepper on my sandwich, which was missed, but could not have saved it. I threw out half of it because the processed meat was so awful. At least the fries were mediocre.... I didnt try their pizza, but I dont see the point as they use such awful ingredients in the sandwiches.

I used to eat here a long time ago before the previous owner was bought out.. since then the food has gone wayyy down hill.. The pizzas are ALWAYS burnt black on the bottom, and taste nasty, and the rest of the food is just horrible. If you get a salad, youll get chicken and lettuce (the same larger pieces they put on sandwiches which are both limp and soggy), nothing more, nothing less, which, for the price, is awful. The staff seems nice but you also get the feeling they want to know what you want and would like you out of there as soon as possible. The other Westshore Pizzas have great food, avoid this location.

Ive been a frequent patron of Westshore since there 1st location opened in Tampa many many years ago. The main location i order from is Goolsby Pointe Riverview. Their delivery service and pickup up service is so bad. They promise a time for pk up or delivery and they consistantly fall short. Im talking 30 to 60 minutes. They are hands down the slowest Pizza no service place in the Riverview area. If your wanting your food as promised then you need to go elsewhere. I give them a 2 only because food quality is good if you happen to get it before its cold.

Honestly I normally order from them ,but 2 weeks ago I ordered I had to go to work at 3:15 and I ordered at 1:45 I called twice to see how much longer the pizza would take and I was told 10mins the pizza tool close to 1hour and 45mins then when the pizza arrived it was cold, chewy and not worth eating I was soo pissed I didnt want to even call to complain thats how bad it was like I said Ive ordered from them before and their pizza and French fries are great ,but almost 2 hours for food that came to over $20. Plus tip was soo not worth it

Amazing food at very reasonable prices! The variety is so great that we try something different each time we order. The calzone, antipasto salad and cheese steak are among a few items I would recommend. Have yet to try anything that wasnt good (except maybe the jalapeno poppers...they were average). Everything else is great! Also, they always quote 40-60 minutes for delivery but we always get it within 30-35 minutes. Great team here!

Horrible service. Plan to wait 1-5 to 2 hours for a pie. Third time Ive ordered from them….third time Ive waited. Even after ordering on-line and requesting a specific pick-up time. Gave them an hour to make one pizza. Still waited 30 past my pick-up time. Pizza is OK, but not worth the disappointment of getting it. Whats worse is they seriously dont care. They got the last of my business for sure.

Ive ordered from Westshore pizza from several of their other locations in Tampa and the pizza was always delicious. After realizing theres a Westshore near me I figured if give them a try.I ordered a large pepperoni Pizza for delivery. Long story short... not good. Pizza was undercooked and took forever to arrive. Just not what I expected from a Westshore.

Everytime I get a pizza here Whig is often, the bottom is half or completely burnt black. The cheese is good hut sauce bland and crust a total letdown. The only way I can eat here is if I get a ton of toppings to hide the boring pizza flavors. Stick with dominoes new recipe or hungryhowies. This place makes Little Caesars look like a 5 star restaurant.

Waited for two and a half hours for two pizzas. One pizza was decent at best and one barley had any cheese on it was overcooked and also felt like it was sitting out for more then the two hours I was waiting. Absolutely terrible. Only reason Im not rating one star is because I have gotten good pizza here before. But it was awful tonight.
