I have never had an issue at this location until just now. I walk in the door and theres 8 people in line out the door. I step inside to wait. Some lady was handed a pizza and she stood there saying she hasnt even ordered yet but no one was there. Then an employee walks up to take orders for the kitchen, asking the guy behind me what he wanted. I said excuse me sir, we were all here before him. Then the guy whose order was asked argued with me and basically bullied the employee into taking his order first. Then he skipped me again to take the order of the woman who was before me. I couldnt believe the audacity of everyone there, including employees,and lack of control or organization and just walked out! I will never go back there again. What a shame

Its funny how people complain about waiting for a pizza. I watched a lady order 10 pizza at 6pm the other day and then started to argue with the cashier because it would take 20 minutes for her order. That caused everone else to wait for their pizzas and the snowball began to roll. Ive noticed that this location does do alot of larger orders and special pizzas. You get what you pay for and if you want 10 pizzas call ahead so the rest of us dont get stuck waiting. Pizza quality has been improving and the new Manger is really nice. I think his name is Marcus.

There is always a long wait here, theyre always busy. But the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. Hard to find parking and some of the customers that come here are not the nicest citizens. But decent place, good quality and service.

Pizza has been cold I should have checked the box....there is always a line of people waiting no where to sit...I have personally seen a older woman being skipped and the girl at front desk shaked her head but said nothing

Do not go inside this store its horrible the customer service experience is very rude people are hanging out behind the cash register that dont belong theyre waiting 30 minutes for a hot and ready pizza

I BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY SINCE SATURDAY NIGHT BECAUSE MY ODER WAS WRONG AND THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AND I HAD TO WAIT ATLEAST 20 MINS FOR MY FOOD AND GOT HOME AND IT WAS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.
