As someone who has traveled to Chicago and tried deep dish pizza and as someone who has been to New York and tried their pizza at multiple places, I have to say that I prefer this locally owned pizza joint over both. I have a lot of friends from New York who are naturally prideful of pizza from there who attest that no pie down here can take them up there. Well, this place is proof that they can, and do. This family owned business knows what they are doing. The moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a positive smile and a caring attitude in the pizzeria. As a cheese lover, they are insanely accommodating to me. I can order a pie with 4x cheese, and its LITERALLY 4x cheese. You just cant beat that. <3 Given the choice between having a legitimate slice from NY or here, Id choose here every time. Sure, its not the same as NY, but it doesnt need to be- its better.

This "delicious" pizza place nearly killed my friend by explosive barfing. First off, the "pizza" we ordered was basically your average Campbells tomato soup. It wasnt pizza. I would try to pick up a slice, but it would slip right back down onto my plate. It was a struggle to even eat the thing. Secondly, the "friendly staff"? Who are you kidding?! The waitress who gave us our food wasnt friendly at all. Its like she knew about the poisonous, repulsive food we were about to consume. She was almost an accessory to poisonous-murdering. Thirdly, my sibling nearly died from eating your pizza. She was throwing up so much after our visit to the point where she started vomiting air...air! She is alive and well - thank goodness. But mark my words, we wont be visiting this money-rip-off, sickness-inducing restaurant again. -20 out of 5. So gross.

First i would like to say we have ordered from this place many times.Never an issue good food.Tonight we ordered a pizza with banana peppers along with other items on it and it was hot like jalapeno peppers.My family does not do hot.Maybe its just me but i have never had a "hot" banana pepper any where i have order them.So i called the store and told them about it and she basically told me the manager or the person in charge was Mexican and does not speak English?Also his banana peppers have always been hot and basically live with it.This kind of bad customer relations is why they will never get another dime from me.$40.00 dollars with tip in the trash and i cant even speak with someone in English about my issue?Never again!!!

Best pizza Ive had in years. Only complaint and the reason for only four stars... The kitchen staff stops between cooking to stare at a TV in the kitchen. They have sports or movies playing on the wall behind the menu board. I think its rude to not give full attention to the food. Even management stops to stare. They are all in a gazing stooper at times. Leaning against the pizza oven or walls. Never seen a public food establishment with a wide screen TV in the kitchen. Not professional at all. Wow! Still watching them as I type. Unreal. Food is good though, so thats a plus.

As a 5+ year customer, as of tonight I will never order from Pizza City again. I accidentally ordered the wrong calzone and was told by someone claiming to be the manager that they would not remake it for me unless I paid for the original calzone that I ordered. When I offered to just pay for the wings, I was refused unless I paid for the calzone as well, then told I was banned from ordering from Pizza City because I would not pay for the calzone I did not order correctly. Absolutely terrible customer service and a poor excuse for a manager.

With a family of five, it can be very hard trying to get everyone to agree on a meal. Since moving from Detroit to SC, its even harder to find places to eat that reminds you of home. This place is top notch pizza. We had this bringing in 2016 for the new year and I can say this will be our new pizza spot! This gives you a real feel of pizza places when growing up before everything became about the money. Thank you Pizza City and Ill see you soon!

Pizza city is very very poor on customer service and their manager is very rude and needs to be replaced. Instead of resolving an issue on a order he just threatened to put us on a list where he would refuse service to customers that order from them at least 3 times a week. Work you on yourself pal and treat you customers well you lost a lot of business. I wish I could put 0 stars.

Really great value for the lunch special: 2 slices and a drink for around $5. The pizza is good. Additional toppings are, of course, additional cost, but that is expected. The service is good and all the employees are nice. I keep thinking I will try something else one day, but the lunch special is such a good deal, that I keep going back to it.

I decided to order the baked spaghetti that comes with a side Salad and cheese bread. The sauce was definitely canned Rotel tomato, my salad was shredded lettuce wich was old, jalapeño with a whole onion on a side salad.The presentation was horrible. The cooks looked disgusting, no one had a hair net nor gloves. THIS RESTAURANT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

They are lucky they received one star I stood in line while they watch TV and was never acknowledged when I finally place my order it took 25 minutes and I dont understand how the pizza could be cold that quick its a shame that this name was once associated with Titos Pizza just up the road because his restaurant is 10x the restaurant this place is

Very delicious food. There was a slight mix-up with our order, due to my confusion, and they were polite when correcting the order. The price was a tad higher than what we typically pay back home, but we are unfamiliar with typical pricing in this area. In our area we typically pay ~$10 less for the same meal. Regardless, we would visit again!

We have come to this pizza Restaurant since 2006 at least ones a month...last time i ordered 2 large. In return i received one 16 inch and the second 14 inch. When i complained to the waitress...She comes back ans states like in two cent take it or leave it. I still have the picture i took of the pizza

Please save your time and money. I have experienced 3 different incidents here. The first time I ordered a chef salad and it had hair in it, so they gave me a "new" salad and it had hair in it also. So today 6 months after that, there was a dead fly in the salad. I am beyond done with this restaurant

THE BEST PIZZA IN GREENVILLE HANDS DOWN! We have never had any issues here! We get pizza here 2-3 times a month. Our orders are always correct, the staff if welcoming and friendly and it has a cool environment. If you want REAL NYC style pizza, you want to go here!

Very rude managment and staff. Terrible customer service. Wanted to alter an order and staff was very vindictive and unwilling to help. Please do not waist your money on people who dont understand customer service. If i could give a zero star i would.
