Love the pizza.... WHEN Its ready! Often there is a wait time for pizza, anything special will be at least 10 minutes. The service is pretty bad, I sat at the window at least 7 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. I drove away. Very short staffed.

Terrible customer service last two visits. Very rude and no personality what so ever. Pizza is what it is. Called in and still had to ask for bread which i ordered on phone. Rolled her eyes at my request. Will drive further next time for friendly service.

Cheap, easy dinner but wait times can get frustrating. Although, they are good about having special order pizzas done in a timely fashion. Its the "lets stop and pick up 2 pizzas" that can be a longer wait than a call-in.

Pizza is good. Wait is always an issue. Customer service is none existent. Poor poor experience. If i have to wait for 20 min for pizza. Im going to Papa Johns. At least their service is great there.

You would think that with such limited options it would be hard for them to mess up your order, but they always find a way to. Cant beat $5, but its also nice to get the pizza that you ordered...

It would be nice if Hot n Ready really meant ready instead of a 15-20 min wait. The only reason we get this sub par Pizza is to walk in & out with it when in a super hurry.

Sometimes, cheap and quick Pizza is exactly what you need. Staff is friendly, and always quick - drive thru is a huge plus, when you have the kids in the car.

20 minutes to pick up "hot and ready" pizza. I dont mind a brief wait, but the Easley location is much better, and has less room to work
