Had a big order few nights ago through the drive thru. Got home and it was missing a Chalupa Box $5.00 and my 3 Doritos Tacos were suppose to be supreme but were regular. I didnt feel like going back. Called store spoke with Stephen. Said I could come back, I was going to send my son but was getting late.... stopped by two days later as. I was passing buy. Figured Id pick up my Chalupa box. Spoke with manager Summer. Explained situation, she said she had to confirm with Stephen. She called him, no answer she said. She said she spoke with her GM Kari Notch. She said Kari said to take my name and number down and they would contact me. ...Too much time spent for a $5 Chalupa box....I know they could have just made a Chalupa box and given it to me. Thats what they did before. This is the second time they shorted my order. Not worth my time. I just will never go back. Dont like fast food really but McDonalds as bad as the food is for you, when I do go, I cant really remember a time my order was incorrect. Check your order before you leave or dont go.

When I walked in, the dining room was clean and their were customers enjoying their food. As I approached the counter I was advised they were having computer issues and it would be a minute. Which it was only 30 seconds before she came and took my order. The young woman seemed to be a manager as she calming directed her crew with a finesse I have never seem. Ive been in the industry for a while and she handled her self and crew very well. I had to get her name (Carrie) in hopes that her manager would see this review and give her recognition. Hopefully not too forward as to say maybe even a raise.

One of the best things about Taco Bell having the occasional dumb as a bag of hammers drive-thru person at night is it gives you a chance to think "why the hell am I at taco bell? I dont want to eat this! I have plenty of good, healthy, untainted food at home!" Then you drive out of the drive-thru line without the "food" and go home. Thank taco bell for giving me the chance to second guess my impulse visit to your stores. Now if you could fire all of the other more courteous and attentive employees that allow me to follow through with my impulse, thatd be great.

It would make sense for you to wonder why I would give any Taco Bell a 5-star rating. This happened to be one of them few times Im going to a fast food restaurant and had the cashier asked me how my day was and sincerely mean it. He was a young, altruistic man that was appreciative for the opportunity to earn for himself. Thats worth the five stars to me.

Ordered my food TO GO at 8:11. It is now 8:37 and Im just getting car now after waiting. I was told it was because the drive through was backed up. Thats not MY problem!They are soo slow and always are. For those who say theyre fast must not go often to see how they normally are. Manager doesnt even take the time to apologize.

I wish I could be a star if 0 its just horrible! FWI if u give a $20 bill and EXACT coins give ur customer their change! Theyll just rip you off and act as if ur crazy...even if you have proof! What a shame, just to take advantage of people and have such a bad attitude for shame! Ugh! Ill find a new place to eat.

Like.. this is the 4th time this taco bell has messed something up late at night.. i gotta drive 15 min for a different one.. and everytime i come here when im lazy someone fks it up.. like theres nobody in line its late at night its not that hard man..

I love this location. I have had bad experiences in most other ones in this area. Except for this one. They get our order right every time. Super friendly staff. Our food always comes out close to perfect. Its our go-to for certain cravings.

Could use a make over. Went in there the other day and around the soft drink fountain, smell like sour milk. In there can be much cleaner. Plus the drive thru moves so slow. Takes u about 15-30 mins to get your order.

Its Taco Bell. This particular instance going through the drive thru, the person taking my order got it exactly correct. For once the order was also correct when arriving home. Was still Taco Bell so no 5 star.

9 times out of ten when I go to this taco bell through the drive through its messes up my order. Its happened so many times that I dont even call anymore.... go to the one on wiles and 441 worth the distance.

Foods what you would expect. Ive gotten some tacos with no meat on them a few times. The wait time in the drive thru can be pretty long as well if you go after mindnight. Other wise not bad.

I go here almost every day because its cheap and 5 minutes walking distance from my house. Its no better/worse than any other Taco Bell. Dont know why it has such bad reviews on here.
