I used to work here and I just read everyones reviews. I never plan on working here again, not for anything chipotle did to me, but because so, I can be completely honest. You customers expect so much out of Chipotle. Its very hard to keep food items on the line when everything is made FRESH THAT DAY and is up to food safety standards and you greedy people ask for more as if this isnt a business. This aint no damn mcdonalds. If you want food in .05 seconds, go to Moes. However, if you do, youre exposing yourself to some serious health hazards. This place is always absolutelty spotless in the kitchen. Sometimes it does get a little messy in the lobby, but thats just because you customers are d*cks and want to leave your mess because youre mad were out of cheese or something. The cheese is freshly shredded. If you want cheese 24/7 at your leisure, go to moes where it comes out of a bag and has mold in it. Lettuce is freshly chopped. Cilantro is freshly chopped. Cheese freshly shredded. Meat is freshly marinated and cut. Guacamole is always freshly hand made. All i have to say. Give them a break. You cant get food this fast and this fresh anywhere else. Not even a nice restaurant, which ive also worked at and was disappointed. Also sometimes the rice cooker breaks and its not any employees fault so stop complaining about no rice. Its fricking rice. Rice is for hungry people in africa. GOODBYE.

Food is always good and consistent when they actually have it available! Last night I visited this location and the staff was extremely unprofessional. They were laughing about who knows what and yelling out the N word to one another. It was 9PM. The guy who served me looked high as hell. And a lot of times when I come in they will automatically throw my food in a bag without asking me if Im eating there or taking it to go. Its sad because I usually always tip when I go out and I would tip them if they wernt such assholes all of the time. They act like they are doing me a favor and that whenever I come in its like I am interrupting their social hour. Usually I show up at 9PM so its not like Im running in at 9:59 at night when they close at 10. Very disappointing. And Ive also never seen a manager there on duty. Who runs that place?

This particular chipotle is always out of something. I used to go there all the time but now I will not any more because they never have the bare essentials mid day! I gave them one more chance today and they did disappoint once again. Lost a customer for life guys at this chipotle location. Update 4/3/17 was told that there was a drought and was unable to buy nor cilantro lol the truth is they didnt order it again. I tried to give this place one more chance. It once again proven to be unreliable. Dont go here I beg u. Go to the one off PGA if possible or even the mall.

Absolutely awful service, did a web order. But instead waited in line, Watch them make of the bowl they did not put in most of the ingredients on the ticket. When I inquired about it they later put on sour cream then told me they were out of guacamole. They made me wait but then told me I could not get a refund. They said I would have to wait for my guacamole of which they were making for from scratch. Absolutely no sense of urgency or service whatsoever terrible experience this is a poorly lead facility.

This is the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is unprofessional, much more concerned with socializing with one another. They seriously act like youre bothering them. The last 3 times I was charged for guacamole drove home and NO guacamole. Food has been cold every other time Ive been there I only live 3 minutes away. They are always out of ingredients. Unless they fire everyone and start over I dont see this place staying in business. HUGE disappointment.

I love chipotle but not this time. The manager was very rude and it was clear they were skimping on the food portions due to not wanting to restock. This is the first bad experience I have had at this resturaunts chain. They are usually so friendly with sizeable portions. They were out of several items and the team didnt have themselves very organized, at the dinner rush of all times.

Im surprised at the mediocre and poor reviews about this Chipotle. I go to this Chipotle at least twice a week, and no matter what time of day Im there, the staff is very polite, young and energetic. They seem to be on top of it and hardly have a meat or other menu items that are "unavailable". I always have good experiences here and will continue to go here because of it. :)

Such rude staff, asked one of them for the restroom, didnt say a word and just pointed at the way to the restroom. Food was dry, I love barbacoa but this time it was horrible, so dry. Even the green tomatillo salsa was dry. I hope I never come back to this location!! Maybe its my imagination but I felt discriminated against for my skin color!!

I like eating here and ordering food here. Some of the kids working here have a difficult time timing the prep for food needed. Two occasions had to wait 20 mins for chicken. Update 3/30/17. Always out of something. Also dont want to even give me some cilantro because they dont want to cut any. Ill only come here unless I absolutely have to.

This is my favorite fast food! The meals are delicious and filling; they can easily be made into two meals. I usually pre-order through the website and pick up directly from the counter, skipping the line. I really appreciate that they have a nice vegetarian option (they call it sofritas). The staff are helpful and accommodating.

I love chipotle but this place has issues. Here at 2pm on a Saturday and they do not have any lettuce...how is that even possible? There is a Publix within walking distance....go get some. Also, the kid heating up the burrito shells appears to be high out of his mind. Steak was bland and burrito shell was stale. Bad experience.

Portions not consistent.. not always spotless..... music loud enough that the staff cannot hear requests behind the counter. Folks try t be helpful.. Management of the location may be the issue. BUT IT IS CHIPOTLE.. when you need a Chipotle it is close and it is acceptable

Never and I mean never ever make an online order for this place. Service is bad enough when you walk in.. if you order online it will either not be completed on time or not completed properly which defeats the purpose. Everybody seems inexpierenced and under trained which is sad.

"We have no rice today" My first time going to this Chipotle after moving to Jupiter and I cant say Im impressed. How does a business that sells mainly burritos "not have rice today". Step it up Chipotle. Decided to leave without ordering anything.

The food portion they give you is not good, you dont even get a full spoon. They always give me half a spoon of rice and beans and barely any meet. smallest burrito Ive ever gotten at any chipotle. Dont waste your money or time going here.
