I dont often go down Main St. during lunch (everything is crazy busy with the lunch rush with college students). Today I just really wanted some autumn squash soup and coffee but still had to get to work. I decided to brave Main St. Panera to get both. My cashier happened to be Leah Perkins. I usually dont call people out by name , but she deserves some recognition. She was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable when it came to the product. On top of all that my husband will even tell you Im know sometimes to be a pain in the @ss....I asked for the signature hot chocolate ,but a large cup....I explained it was because I wanted to add coffee she understood the request and took it all in stride...even though it was out of the way & a weird request, she took the order and kept the smile....Panera...she is an asset to your esablishment

Consumer BEWARE! This location is staffed by people who obviously are unable to read. Above all else, DO NOT use their Rapid Pickup, the online ordering system. Most likely they will screw up your order. Dont expect much if you happen to call in when you get home and find things missing because your interaction with the staff will also be less than pleasant. I dont think they have a manager onsite and the person who actually took my call seemed to be lacking much sleep or was still inebriated from the previous evening. All in all, this was the last time for me because three times is not the charm; yes, I have had a similar experience before. Jeff Spicoli did tell me, by the way, that he would hook me up the next time I came in, but somehow I didnt buy that line. I suggest that you dont either.

OK so this is a college Panera staffed by college students. Theyre not always the most professional but they try and thats important. Groups of loud students and others setting up study environments so if youre old and this bothers you go to the Panera bread on route 2 closer to Wilmington because its probably more your style. This Panera validates parking up to a half hour so thats something but you will likely pay at least 50 cents to park which if thats out of your pinching budget then why are you there in the first place... Overall I like this place.

Dont know if its a coincidence or not but I get an upset stomach every time I visit this place.. the manager does not use gloves herself.. wonder why her juniors dont tell her to.. Also food quantity is not worth the price.. Only thing decent is ambience...

Love the food, fresh bagels, pastries, coffee, tea, and all food is fresh. Great for lunch but not so much for dinner. Its mostly sandwiches . The broccoli cheddar bread Bowl is delicious. Its clean and comfortable. Its a self serve restraunt and crowded.

Large Panera right on Main Street. Be prepared to pay for parking, either at the meters out front or the for-pay lot in the back. Like most Panera restaurants, tables can be hard to come by due to all the folks who treat the booths as their home-office.

Delicious and healthy food with a warm and chill atmosphere with free Wifi and a fireplace. It stays overrun with ebullient and chatty college students, but its to be expected when the popular bistro rests in a college town. Panera Bread is top-notch!

SLOW service, maybe just my visit but darn it was painfully slow. I understand that it isnt fast food in respect to something like McDonalds but should still be under 10minutes to get food.
