Meals and service are consistently reliable and the menu selection includes something for everyone. They offer a few beers and several wines and there is bar seating, as well. Olive Garden may be the best of the local chains but that comes with baggage. Everything could change with a little turnover. For now, its a good bet. It can be very noisy at times and there are the parties that displace customers. Waiting with a pager is not an option. Overall, its quite good. I think the kids eat for $1 may have changed things. Tonight is just too much. Well be deaf after all the screaming children. Youd think the parents would at least try. Go ahead and scream, kids. Be very loud... those other people can go elsewhere if they dont like it.

My experience with Elkton, Mds Olive Garden was simply AMAZING! There was a mix-up with my order from the night before, which i didnt notice until i was at work the following day and without hestitation, my order was redone and to perfection. I have never experienced such genuine care for a customer as i felt today from Mark and his manager (which i regretfully didnt get his name). I truly thank you all so much for professionally handling my situation. You all are great people! Keep it up

Carded for drinking water. (Im 29). When I asked why I was being carded she said because I was at bar. She was snarky like why would I ask then scanned my Id which is odd. Then she asks are you going to order any food or just get water with her attitude. Now Ive been served my meal and had soup. No silverware offered. Maybe a spoon is good for spaghetti. Bad service... But used to be very good last few years. Customer service goes a long way... Better or for worse.

There was a screaming baby ruining the meal at the next table over and the waitress forgot our waters. Brought the waters over after our meal was already delivered. Got the wrong dish. Took forever to being the right dish out. The menu is flawed. Theres seafood Alfredo (with shrimp and scallops) and then shrimp Alfredo. Very easy to confuse if you arent aware of the menu change.

This was the worse olive garden Ive ever been to. My friend got me a gift card and we came here. The menu said soup salad and breads ticks and a entree. Well our waiter said one of the other. I never heard of that. And God forbid if u ask for more breadsticks. The soup was watered down. It was the worst experience I ever had at olive garden

Its your basic American chain food restaurant experience. Service has been average overall, in the 10 times Ive been there weve only had one bad experience but the manager was ultimately able to resolve the concern. Its OK for kids, good for adults and groups, clean and the wait time, if any, is usually pretty good.

It was horrible I was very disgraced from the hostess she told me and my mother to pick a seat and then said and a nasty voice saying that we have to wait and I was about to ask her if we ordered attitude with our food and so we left right away.I have to say Ive never seen someone with such a bad attitude.

Good food only problem I have is Ive been there about 3 times and I order the same thing (tour of Italy) and for 15$ the portions is never the same size sometimes theyre a lot smaller and sometimes theyre bigger I just hope that they would stay consistent because $15 is a lot of money for inconsistency

Racism on the receipt they put Niga for the pick up name. But I told her my name was Eric and the customer service was better for the lady of the same race that was in front of me. But I was treated like my money isnt green.

Hosts and wait staff were awesome to us. We had to move tables because more guests arrived than expected and they went out of their way to get us moved quickly. Very impressed and everyone loved their food and spirits.

Most times Olive Garden is ok but tonight we had an ant on our bread stricks. Managwr didnt even come out to speak with us. We did get new bread but how many more ants are in that kitchen. Just hope they spray

The worst experience I have ever had at any Olive Garden. Seated for 15 minutes and no one came over yet 4 servers were standing at the front stand having a "great time". Will never go back!

I come here quite frequently for soup salad and breadsticks. We are on a limited lunch hour and they always make sure that we are served quickly and can get out of there in an hour.

The servers are always friendly. The food is always good. The 25 cent wine sample isnt bad either. This is one of only two restaurants in Elkton MD we will go to regularly.
