High compliments today (1/8/17). 50% off online ordering today. I had issues with the online checkout not giving me the discount. Called the Exton store to see if they would fix the error upon my pickup of the pizzas. The manager in Exton refused - said it wasnt her problem & that her boss wouldnt allow her. I called up this location in Coatesville & explained the online issue. He said it would be no problem - he would fix it when I came in! I placed my order for 6 pizzas - upon pickup we re-did the math & he gave me the price I was expecting. He handed me 7 pizzas which I pointed out. Somehow the online order added an extra one - he said not to worry about it! Awesome to have an employee/manager able to resolve the issue. In such stark contrast to the store manager in Exton who refused to help. Im buying my pizzas from this location going forward. Sorry Exton - you lose for not working to sort out the problem. Thanks Coatesville location - very appreciated!

EVERYTIME I see a Pizza Hut commercial I think they let me give that a try. I order from Colesville Pizza Hut and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they DISAPPOINT me. FOR the past three times they MESSED my order up. BUT this time, January 11th 2016. I saw the $5 combo commercial and I thought it was a good deal. I place my order, a pizza, wings and a brownie breadsticks... When my order arrived the driver seemed nervous & had a child with him. I paid him ..no tip cuz he was late. I open my wings i open the breadsticks they were ok, and then I open the PIZZA all of the slices were rearranged and one of them had a BITE TAKEN OUT , cheese was oozing everywhere as if they try to rearrange the cheese to cover up the bite taken out it was greasy and burnt as well... I am still disgusted!!!!! They have worst customer service like why is my order NEVER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME???

Ordered online, waited the "30 minute estimated" time for my order, called them to confirm. They stated that it would be ANOTHER 40 minutes beyond the estimated time. They only have ONE driver on a Saturday? Im frustrated. I have guests over, waited and then had to CALL to find out they were FORTY minutes behind schedule. Not 5, 10, 15...40! They may not see the estimated time the website gives, but if they are behind, they should be giving courtesy calls. Not sure that Ill be ordering from them again :(

The worst customer service ever, ordered for delivery only deliveries part of my order, driver says he will run back to get it and bring it back, thirty more minutes go by and still not brought back, I had to call then I got hung up on, had to call back again then told that is was going out now. Horrible horrible service

Worst service ever. I ordered my pizza at 9:08. And its been an hour and a half and I havent received it nor can I even get a hold of anyone. Ive been on hold since 10 and its been almost 40 minutes. Terrible terrible service. Plus the wings are so small, they dont even fill them half way.

Terrible. I ordered a meal around 7:45 pm and was quoted a wait time of 30 minutes. After about an hour and a half I called to see where my food was. I was then told rudely that the wait time was 2 and a half hours. Thats right. 2 and a half hours... enough said. WTF

Service is slow. They have a limited delivery area and have not expanded it to include new developments in several years. Overall food is okay and in line with most other pizza huts.
