Had this place deliver to our home. The driver was very disrespectful. When we called to complain the driver called us and insisted he was the manager and our complaint wouldnt matter. It ended up he was not in fact a manager and we were offered our money back or the option to have our next order delivered for free as long as we didnt order an amount more than we had that night. We opted to take the next delivery for free. The next time we called to order, I asked to speak to the manager, knowing Id have to explain the situation. The man who answered ensured he was the manager and when I explained the situation he then exclaimed that he in fact could not help me with the situation and that he had to get his manager Nick. I spoke to Nick and explained the situation, HE THEN CLAIMED TO NOT BE THE HEAD MANAGER AND THAT ID HAVE TO CALL BACK NEXT WEEK AND WAS HUNG UP ON. I called back again, seeing as I had had multiple experiences with employees claiming to be managers and a young lady answered. I asked her who was the head manager of the restaurant AND SHE TOLD ME NICK WAS IN FACT THE HEAD MANAGER. I demanded to speak to him and asked him why he had lied to me and was treated rudely and wasnt offered any sort of apology. THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT THAT IS HONEST OR CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS RESTAURANT ENCOURAGES THEIR EMPLOYEES TO LIE AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A TRASH RESTAURANT WITH DISHONEST AND SHADY EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT. And if youre wondering if their food is good....well its not. Having worked in a similar style restaurant, their food is very low quality. Dont waste your time like I did with them. DEFINITELY not worth dealing with such terrible service for bottom quality food.

Love the burgers and grilled chicken sandwich with milkshakes. But sadly today ordered the mini tacos off of GrubHub and was extremely disappointed, the description said stuffed with ground beef but was a mushy taco sauce with very little beef. Not one taco was filled more then half full, and when we called the shop the guy did not take any responsibility just making excuses that made no sense. I dont care if you sell lots of them or if they are mini tacos, I said there was no beef and he couldnt even be a man about it. Now I know to keep to what I know, since there big egos get in the way of common sense.

Little chef has been closed for about a week now! Why? I dont know but Im not happy about it! I was really craving some breakfast one night for dinner and couldnt get it. Seems like they make up their own hours and just open when they want to be open, which is very unprofessional to me. This will probably make me not want to eat there again. They redid the whole place and seems to me that theyre losing money instead of making it

We ordered the all you can eat spaghetti dinner (about $6) and expected smaller portions, but when the waiter brought our foof out, we were shocked at how much was there. We tried to get it down (my husband managed most of his). I stalled 1/2 way through. We were handed styrofoam trays to take the rest home. I think I had at least a half dozen meatballs to start with. Def. worth the money.

Nick, his family and staff are the best. His mother is always very welcoming, and offers pleasant conversation. Additionally, the food served is good, portions are worth their cost, and the waitresses are always ready with pleasant conversation. It is a treat to eat at Little Chef whether you go early for breakfast, lunch or for a late dinner...they are always very pleasant.

Love this place. It may not look fancy shmancy because it is a very old establishment but the service is great everyone is friendly the value and the food is great. If you ever have a problem they will immediately fix it. I must add that I have been coming here for 7yrs and I have never had a problem.

I payed $30 for a salad. When I say salad.... I mean basically they just gave me lettuce!!! I find it strange that no one had anything negative to say about this place!?!? I didnt even get the cherries I asked for. I ordered one salad n two small shakes. Do u think that was a fair price????

Love the service and food!! Me and my son come almost every sunday!!!! I would highly recommended them. Came here on a Friday 11/18. We had to wait but as soon as a table opened up we got seated and they had my sons milkshake ready. Love this place

Ordered 2 club sandwiches, waited over an hour for delivery ($4.00 delivery charge), sandwiches were on the soggy side. Alwsys recommend this restaurant to others to try, but this time, I was disappointed with the food and service.

I grew up on the same street as Little Chef and often ate there a lot, they are the place to visit when passing through Coatesville. Their food is delicious and they arent expensive at all! And they have the best fries ive ever tasted!

I have been coming to Little Chef my whole life! Their newest interior renditions have helped boost the atmosphere, making everything seem a bit more homey. The food here is always on point! Pot pie Wednesdays are literally the best.

My family and I love Little Chef. Kids love the chicken fingers and wraps. Grilled Chicken Sandwich is amazing and so are the hoagies and open faced sandwiches. The business is very clean and has a great family atmosphere.
