I waited over 10 minutes between making my order and being served at the drive thru. The person who served me was disengaged and when I requested hot sauce, she tossed a handful of packets without asking how much or which kinds I wanted. And all of that is understandable; such things are common. But what earns this location 2 of 5 stars was the food. With the exception of the potato wedges, which were decent, the bean burritos I was served were awful. The beans were dry and the onions were expiring, if not expired. Gotta love that spoiled taste. Will not return to this location, or any other Taco Bell... for a long while.

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. Forget "Fast" Food, this is the slowest fast food establishment around. My recent experience was awful and I will no longer give them business. The manager on duty was beyond unprofessional in every way. She used profanity and refused to provide service. Clearly, she was stressed and could not handle her job. However, there is no excuse for 0% customer service. This location should be ashamed of the service it provides.

Went there at 11:15pm on a Saturday night. No one answered the drive thru, so pulled around to window and the woman yells out they are closed with no explanation considering they are not supposed to close until 12am on a Friday night!! All of the staff was just sitting around eating at a table and one guy outside on his phone. This place needs new management!! The service is absolutely horrible and apparently they make their own hours now!

Absolutely horrendous service. Expect to wait 20 minutes for food. Order is ALWAYS wrong! No one here cares about order accuracy. They NEVER give me a receipt, so I cant contact corporate. AVOID. After my drive-through order was wrong so I went in and asked for the correction. Which was WRONG. I GAVE UP. Soggy sad tacos. Worst

Worst service ever. Over 10 minutes for order. Workers more worried about talking then working. Drive thru was 10 cars deep when I left not one person was at the window. All were in the back conversating including the so called manager. Who just tossed my food on the counter and walked away without saying anything.

Every time I go there at night i feel like i could watch an entire movie before I get my food. Then I went there tonight and theyre fighting in the parking lot. This place is a circus. The only reason Id recommend going is to sit in the parking lot and enjoy the show

Waiting in the drive through line with only one other car, for 15 minutes! No discount for waiting so long, no apology, I ordered 3 tacos and a drink, and my taco shells were burnt, and tasted like crap! I was so no happy what so ever with any of this!

The slowest service possible. Typically 5-10 minutes but Ive waited 15 minutes before. Their food is the typical taco bell quality though. This place is far from fast food.
