Im so torn on this place. The food is good, if a little pricey. But weve ordered from them four times since we moved into the area, and theyve gotten the order right twice. The second time we ordered, I used their online ordering system to try to save time. I ended up with bacon on a pizza that wasnt supposed to have any (for a brother who has a pork allergy) and a hoagie instead of a club sandwich for my daughter (because the online system apparently just sent the order for "one turkey with mayo"). They offered to remake my brothers pizza and put the one we returned on a pedestal to offer to sell by the slice (ew! You dont know what we could have done with that!). We didnt discover the sandwich mix up until after we had gotten to the restaurant the second time, and despite me telling them about it, they didnt offer to fix it (even with them acknowledging the flaw within their system). The third time we ordered, I ordered a stuffed pizza and was met with, "We make that?? Hold on a minute." Last night I ordered three pizzas and a pasta entree. Twelve bucks for take out spaghetti is craziness, but my kid wanted pasta and it came with garlic bread and a salad. Or it was supposed to, anyway. We got the bread. No salad. I even ordered ranch dressing for the salad, and the woman on the phone acknowledged that. I guess a rabbit ate it. All in all, the food is decent. But the hassles arent worth it for us. I dont know if well return, and if we do, Im checking each order before we leave because Im fed up with this.

The pizza is almost always good, the other products not so much. The pastas are mostly loaded with butter to mask a pretty bland sauce. Putting bacon in Penne alla Vodka is a bit strange as well, and should probably be written as such on the menu instead of an unpleasant surprise on purchased food. Probably one of the better pizza/pasta shops coatesville has to offer, but the competition is lacking in quality. Get the pizza, keep it simple.

Im new to this area, and to my surprise very few restauants delivery last night would have been the 4th time I have ordered. I always try something different. Ive yet to be dissapointed. Excellent quality, nice size portions, and very friendy service while im placing my order. All I have to say is, thank goodness you deliver. I ordered a mushroom pizza and fries and it was terrible. They brought us free pizza to advertise before and it was delightful (probably trying to butter us up) so we decided to order from here and the pizza this time was cold and not good at all. They are only ten minutes away therefore the pizza should not be cold. The fries seemed to be freezer burnt, some were really soggy and some were insanely crunchy.

I have ordered delivery maybe 6 times from Venice and twice the service was ludicrous. Today the driver showed with with the wrong order. He left and came back with my order. It was missing items and had bites out of the pizza and Stromboli. When I asked him why he said "is ok". This place is terribly disorganized and the delivery staff need to wake up. Delivering half eaten food is unbelievable.

we eat here at least 3 times a week. as we work locally. the sad but true story here is.... Food is great. a little pricey but o well. i will pay for good food. its the service. we stopped doing delivery a month ago. The drivers are rude. Now we are done for good. This is not the first, second , or even third time they have gotten our order wrong.

Stopped in on a whim after moving to this area and trying to find out new go to spot, and its safe to say we found it. Pizza is amazing, beats Chiccinos by a long shot. Cant wait to try the rest of their menu. Plus the staff was super personable, and spent time chatting with me while I waited. Great first impression, and happy to have found them!

When we first ordered, the person answering the phones messed up our payment. We overlooked it and eventually got our order of pizza and fries. The pizza was cold and did not seem fresh, and the fries were not warm and were mostly either soggy or over cooked and too crunchy. we were unimpressed and disappointed with both the service and food.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We picked up dinner last night on the way home from work, not expecting much. We were very surprised. The service was very friendly, quick and affordable. Very BIG PORTIONS, very very fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!! We will be getting food here all the time now. If you like fast Italian food.. this is the place.

Ordered 1/3/16 food came messed up they sent out another order but it to was messed up but not as bad the first. So we are done with here it a shame I like this place too

Great pizza! Love this place. Friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. Its cool that you can actually order online and then pick it up when youre ready. Great restaurant.
