Coworkers and I ordered twice from Delivery Express for Bueno Y Sano in Springfield. The delivery was prompt, however the orders were incomplete, with no sauce or sour cream or any of the sides that were supposed to be included. When we called Delivery Express to complain, and ask for at least a credit towards are next delivery fee (we INTENDED to make the ordering a regular occurrence), the person at Delivery Express said that they do not check the order to make sure everything is correct, nor to they have any liability for incorrect orders. So the restaurant is not accountable for the correct order, because we did not contact the restaurant or pay the restaurant directly AND Delivery Express is not accountable for a correct order because they dont check the food, they just pick it up and deliver. I think we will stick to restaurants in the future who deliver personally.

Nothing, I ordered my food. Paid with a credit card online with their Web site. The food was supposed to be delivered by 628pm. 700pm rolled around and no food. I called the number on their Web page. The lady who claimed to be the manager of 10 years claims they did not receive the order. She also claimed that they do not take credit cards at their online Web site. She also refused to give me the owners contact information and hung up on me. I called back and gave her my information asking her to have the owner call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. Attached are the confirmation email as well as the screen shot of the order charges.

The service of this delivery service is not what they advertise.. the estimated time of delivery is never what they tell you, if they tell you 5, expect your meal at 7..... 8 times out of 10 your food arrives cold, bad enough the fees are through the roof, but you also have to throw your order in the microwave after you get it to reheat it... its happened to me more than once,, the receptionist"s always seem to have an attitude if you call and ask about the hold up.. the idea is great, but service is horrible. Better off getting the food yourself if your driving, if not ,call a cab to get it. The price will be about the same...

I ordered delivery in Northampton way over two hours ago and hadnt received it. So I called delivery express to check and theyre closed until dinner at 4. Which is all fine because I figured Ill call the restaurant and its still there and Ill walk the 30 minutes to get it. Except when I call the lady tells me "Im sorry they picked it up a long time ago" and that they have nothing there. So either someones eating my Chinese or they are planning on sending me cold food, needless to say Im calling at four to make sure they understand how disappointing it is to wait for hours and then find out youre being cheated.

Unfortunately because they have the monoply on ordering I keep going back. Placed an order for a scheduked delivery for 12 and when i called to make sure they were going to be on time, the woman said it states on the website they need at least 45 minutes to get the order and they dont open till 11:30. So why would you have the option on your site to deliver at noon. Not the first time i have had an incorrect order or waited way past scheduled delivery. With the money they charge and forced gratuity you would think they would provide better customer service

I had no problem with delivery. Only orders from Khi and Eli and Pennys Soul food. For at least 2 years they are always out of something that they had when I called them to make sure my order can be filled before I place my order. Guess what. Delivery Express will still call me at least 3 times because they are out of everything they had 10 minutes ago. SOUL FOOD.....NO YAMS.....NO MAC AND CHEESE...NO COLLARDS.....NO SOUL.....DONE WITH BOTH......DELIVERY EXPRESS IS FINE

Will no longer be ordering from them. I placed an order and told the lady where the order was going to she was so focused on changing my card number that she failed to put in my correct address. Poor customer service skills because when I called them after the driver was confused, she acted as if I was supposed to get upset at him. No wonder this place has a high turn over rate. Just go pick up the food yourself

Very bad customer service, I booked a pick up and then when no one showed up an hour after the set timing, I called to have the lady tell me that no one registered your booking and your gonna have to wait for another time because we are fully booked!!! I dont recommend anyone to use this delivery company if you want your items to be delivered on time. This was my first and last experience with them.

We ordered from Kennedys fried Chicken at 10:45 am. It is now 2 pm and we are missing sides that came with meals and entire meals. They still havent shown up with these things. I dont even know how they can have express in their name at this point. 3 hours and 15 minutes for some fried chicken. UNBELIEVABLE

They are awful. Often dont receive what I ordered. ..if they even place the order. Also. ..when your food does arrive, you better hope that its not the guy who smokes like a chimney or all of your food will reek of cig smoke. Terrible service. Unhelpful staff.

everytime i order it takes forever for it to get to me, also even though im ordering to the same place every time some times they will charge and EXTRA delivery fee on top of their normal delivery fee, which doesnt make sense if they dont charge it every time.

Dont ever order here the lady on the phone was absolutely rude and had a lot of attitude. They showed up two hours late and on top of that they gave me a wrong order! This is the worst delivery experience i ever had. I will never call express again.

What a bunch of idiots. They dont even answer the phone. They gave the wrong order two times and once they stole half of my order. Today they delivered my food 2 hours and half late. I wont order from them again

I called ahead 3 hr before my party I need the food by 5:30 they show up at 6:00, not acceptable and the food was cold. Lucky I did not have plan B I would have declined the order.
