Poor to fair...really, is that the lowest rating I can give...?? We are a local doctors office that often get lunch provided to us from a pharmaceutical rep and on occation, we choose a place that does not deliver. We normally beg the rep to pick it up (knowing the problems we have had, and continue to have with this company). But today takes the cake!! Delivery Express was given ample time to call all parties involved and our food was deliverd a half hour PAST our hour lunch time!! When our provider (and owner of the practice) called to complain, the person on the other end of the line did not sound very compassionate and did not "do" anything to make us want to stay customers!! We have large orders every time we order and the reps tip well - they are fools to lose our buisness - which is what they did today. I hope your business survives with the crappy customer service that you provide!

Incompetent and undependable. My last two orders were never delivered. When I called the last time to ask why not the last time, the person on the phone disclaimed any responsibility. ("I just answer the phone; I dont make the deliveries.") He also didnt understand why I thought a company should apologize apology for a service that it doesnt deliver. ("Like, were really busy"). My experience: This is run by a bunch of slackers who couldnt care less whether you get your order or not. They dont have a clue about the concept of customer service. (Rule #1: When you screw up and dont do what you say youre going to, the first words out of your employees mouths should be "Im sorry." Not " Were really busy and Its not my job." A word to the wise: If you order from them, make sure youve got something to cook for dinner. Chances are, youll be needing it. Never again.

My first time ordering with them and cannot believe how terrible their customer service is. I paid 4$ for the delivery service and was told I would not be served again because I did not leave a tip. Im already overpaying for delivery literally down the street from my house, if I dont feel like tipping a driver I dont have to. Had the delivery been free I would have gladly given the driver Mathew a tip for his service but hes already getting paid from the service charge. I have no sympathy for him and if he only get paid in tips like he tried to claim, then he should sue the company because that is completely illegal or ask for a portion of the 4$ delivery fee they charge their customers. I will not be using them again and I strongly encourage people to not use their services.

I have to undo my previous review. Delivery Express has delivered to me several times, but this time they sent a delivery person who had NO idea where I lived. He called from the other end of town and said he was here. Had to wait another 15 minutes. The Food was cold. It was Chinese food and I made an extra note of asking for extra duck sauce. I got NOOOOO duck sauce. Forget it - Im done with Delivery express! Now will they post this? Well see! Delivery Express tells you how long you will have to wait, and they come when they say they will. Amherst is full of college students and other hungry people. There are only a finite numbers of drivers. Im sure the people taking the order get paid very little. It works for me.

Delivery Express seems like it could be good - if you want something that isnt available through delivery. But, when my food arrived, it was the wrong food (I couldnt eat it, I was allergic to something that was in it), I was overcharged, and they wouldnt return it or give me my money back. I overpaid for something I couldnt even eat. Also, my friends food didnt even come in the order. They figured, since they never charged me, it didnt matter. But, ultimately, this was a bad choice. Just order from somewhere else (ANYWHERE ELSE). Next time, Ill know better. All of the people who witnessed it have sworn off the service as well. Ive ordered a lot of food in my time. This was the worst delivery experience ever.

If only I could give this place zero stars. These geniuses delivered something to my workplace, using the wrong name to begin with. They didnt listen when I said the recipient wasnt working here today. After I gave them two other delivery options (like going to the persons house right down the road) they still just left the perishable items (cake, flowers) without anyones permission and took off. WTF. So I had to call Delivery Express. The manager said, whatever, shes got a business to run. Nice customer service. An owner eventually called back, still trying to defend their crappy business model of "Drop it Off Anywhere." Wow, absolute idiots. They take no responsibility for making the right delivery.

A bunch of complete retards with poor customer service. They wanted me to believe I paid 6.99 for Moes chips when they just didnt correlate the order right to Moes. If I were you Id just walk to the restaurant of choice and pay for my food right there. They are so snide and rude. Dont go to them, Im warning you. The manager acts like an immature college student who seldom makes passing grades. But on the upside Moes is going to give me my order of nachos that was missing because the staff didnt order my food correctly. Report them to the better business bureau is all the advice I can give you. Pretty sure the staff members are the only ones giving this site 5 stars.

Had multiple great experiences but just a few have left my colleagues and I to decide to take our business somewhere else. It is a shame that bad experiences with delivery express will negatively affect the restaurants in partnership with this company. Customer service is horrible, and common sense seems to be non-existent. Disappointed in the company as a whole, hopefully they will learn from their mistakes and reevaluate to earn their business back.

The worst delivery service !!! I just ordered some food and they made a mistake taking the order when I called and ask to send me the right order the guy ask me to pay more. Lol. I paid $61 !!! And the difference was about a couple of dollars!! But it is not about the money it is about the service!!! ...By the way my order took so long to arrive. If they made a mistake at least they have to pay for it !!..

This place is just horrible, I truly do not understand how they are still in business. Poor service, stupid hours, under staffed, and a really clunky website are all problems that this place suffers from. I just wish I had another option for deliver for some of the places that they deliver for cause a lot of the food is amazing its just that delivery express is garbage.

Was left a message on my voice mail saying they were change the total of my order because I did not include a tip and since my order was over a certain amount it had to be a minium amount which add another $10+ to my order. Total BS. I will never order from them again. I recomend anyone thinking of ordering from them not to as you will be over charged as well.
