Worse experience in my life in any Chinese place. I specified two times that I do not eat pork. Yet, they sent me a pork egg roll, which I bit, chewed and realized it was not shrimp. When I called for a refund, told them they can come pick up my entire order up. They gave me a hassle, asked me to text a picture of the pork egg roll, which I did. I did not open any other food. Twelve minutes on the phone before he agreed to pick the food up and give me a refund. I will be contacting the better business Bureau and an attorney. Never seen such horrible service. Rude people. I would give a negative rating if possible

Worst food in Bristol literally taste like it came out of a microwave dinner ! Over charged for a disgusting combination then says were lucky because we were supposed to get charged more ?? Lucky iaint bring the food back got my refund and stuff it down ya throats think is okay to serve people anything we work hard for the money thats paying ya business dont take your customers for granted one day you wont have any!!!!!

Bangin.... Foods great reminds me of NY. Chickens always clean and cooked through. Low-Mein is not super greasy. The General Tso is on point. If in the Bristol area I recommend. Looks sketchy on the outside, but thats not what matters here.

Needs more astateics in the restaurant. Make it more appealing. Flavor of food is ok. Older Lady behind the counter has to be kinder. Young lady is kind and can speak fluent English.
