If I had a option to put no star I wouldnt at all after they way I was treated today. I went in today and ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and my order came out to $4.57 because I was using debit he said I would have to make my order a total of $5.00 understandable so he charged me 80 cent for potato chips. After I swiped my card I sat down to wait for my order. I then saw the potato chip rack so I got back up to pick out my chips and as I got closer I noticed it was only the bootleg version of lays potato chips, so I simply asked if there was any other kinda chips they carry hell im paying 80cent for a 25 cent bag. The wife walk out with a small child and says very very rudely and loud " That is the only kind we have if you dont like dont get them" So I proceed to look around to see who the hell she was talking to and I turned and said to her " please watch how u talk to me" she begin yelling and screaming while her child was right there something she must do all the time cause the child act as if the yelling was normal for him which is sad. Her husband came out and begin to yell at her and she kept running her mouth at this point I told her she needs help and lmore classes on how to run a restaurant . she then went in the back as she was still yelling. at this point I didnt want my food so I asked for a refund . I said a few more things to her then she FAKED CALLED THE COPS ON ME AS IF I WASNT GONNA WAIT, WAITED FOR Almost 30 min in driveway no cops never showed lol.. This is no way to treat a costumer I clearly asked a simple question and it resulted in that. Might I add im 8 months pregnant and was very hungry. An child protected services need to be called on her

So my family loves Roma in Forestville. We order there more often than any other place. Today will be the LAST time we order. I called and made a very simple order. When it arrived it was wrong... No big deal right? So I called and said they put onion instead of bacon on my husbands pizza and was wondering if we could have another sent. 1. I ordered him a medium bacon mushroom pizza, I received a large mushroom onion. The man who answered the phone said "no my wife said you said onion" now my husband hates onions so never would I have ordered that but whatever. So I asked if another could be sent out. He handed her the phone and she started arguing with me that its my fault and maybe I was looking at something else. I told her not only were the toppings wrong the size was as well. She is telling me Im in the wrong and implying Im SOL then says this is the problem with women ordering. Wtf?! So I told her I either wanted a credit or the correct order and that her yelling at me was going to result in me just taking the credit and posting a negative review online. She told me thats not allowed and that I was a nasty woman and because Im almost in Wolcott my money isnt worth the drive to begin with. Then she hung up. When I called back and asked to speak to the owner I told him being called a nasty person was unacceptable and I wanted a credit. He said I was lying he wife would never say such a thing and refused to credit me but told me in a hour or so he (my husband) would get the pizza he wants. Never, ever again. Im absolutely livid.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The owner is God awful... whether you pick up or get delivery - nasty and rude! Had a pizza delivered after not using them for a while bc the last time they screwed up the pizza - needless to say ordered a pie - it came under cooked and cold! Mind you were in Bristol But did you cant deliver to An address and get it there at least warm maybe lessen your delivery area! It was not piled with toppings - one topping! I will never order again! They are a small business and small businesses should appreciate local business... Ill go elsewhere goi g further thank you!

I love this place, I have been ordering from them for 6 years and will never put a dollar else where ,the owners are very nice people ,all the stuff are very friendly ,last time we went their to eat ,the wife gave my girls her sons toys to play with .great people ,great food, keep up the good work Roma

I love this Pizza Stop! Its more than a Pizza Stop, this Family Run business has the most friendly owners and employees. The food is so good, the thin crust pizza and Calzones are heaven, while their Grilled Chicken Salads do just the trick when I feel the need to eat healthy.

Mu friend and I went in to grab some lunch ,and we noticed they had a special for 8.75 lg cheese pizza ,so we ordered one ,That was the best pizza I never had the owners were very nice ,very friendly ,I recommend it to every one

They make the best Alfredo cheese raviolis around! Every time i call they owner is polite and they are very fast with the deliver! The price is affordable! YOU MUST TRY!!!

Wife and I often order from Roma Pizza. We have never had a bad meal and the owners are extremely nice. The pizza is good, but the meatball grinder is our go to.

$8.15 for a basic crappy 12in grinder.... this is just another failing pizza place. Sucks plainville has nothing to offer for quality grinders etc...
