Worst experience!! I placed an order online and after waiting one hour i called to see what was going on. (Mind you,Ive been waiting outsite my apt inside my car just so i wouldnt miss the driver) The person who picked up the phone told me that the driver would be arriving soon. 3 minutes to be exact. 15 minutes later i called back because my order was not yet delivered and the staff tells me that my order has been canceled. Because i didnt answered the phone when they called. The phone # that they called was my old number so of course they didnt get a hold of me. I explained to the staff that,that was not the right number and she told me thats the number i had on file. So then i proceeded and told her that the driver never came to my house because like isaid,Ive been sitting in my car for now an hour and a half waiting for this food and no one came here. I spoke with a supposedly manager who ended up not helping me at all. I ended up picking up my food since they are all a whole bunch of liars. Very unprofessional. Food was great though.. but horrible customer service.

Awful. Food has gone downhill. Got a chicken and rib combo for pickup...ribs were not cooked and the chicken was dry..called from home and said it was too late for them to deliver a new order to my house that night and I would stop in tomorrow....they said no can do. They had to deliver a new order to me then and take the ribs back upon delivery....really ? It could not wait until the next day for a regular customer ? Rib replacement was full of bone and fat. Delivery person was quiet (thank goodness because it was late) and polite and said his manager personally apologized for the mistake...this was however my third time that the ribs were not cooked. I use to love to eat here....

I order wings from wings over very frequently. There delivery is always fast, 20 minutes max even though they say 45, and their serivice and food quality is always great. This is the first review Ive ever written for a place and wings over really desrerves it. I ordered one pound boneless chicken wings today and after I was pretty stuffed, the box was still full so I decided to weigh it. And I weighted a little over two pounds after I had stuffed myself. The driver even asked me how much I had ordered because the box was pretty heavy. Great service wings over, and many thanks from a broke college student.

Best wings (boneless or bone-in) in the Worcester area. My family orders from here fairly often considering we now live outside of the city. Our normal order consists of Stratocruiser size of boneless and a B1 Bomber size of bone-in as well as some onion rings. Highly recommend the Sweet Onion BBQ sauce. This will easily feed 4 or 5 people...but we prefer that its only the 3 of us so we have some leftover for later! We have tried pretty much every wing place in or near the city of Worcester, and none compare in taste, quality or value.

YES... Wings Over Worcester is the place for some good wings. Just one thing I would like to tell people is that if you order for delivery and your fries and wings come a little wet/soggy. Its because the steam coming from the food starts to stick back to the food. My recommendation is order for pick up and tried to get there right when they are done or order when you get there and wait. I did this the last time I ordered and it was night and day with the quality of the fries and wings. I need to stop being lazy and just pick my food up. :)

Nothing beats some fried chicken with your choice of dry rubs or sauces. The place has bone in and boneless as well as fries, ribs and sandwiches. This place is incredibly busy where orders can take 20 minutes to fulfill. When ordering take out, Id suggest picking up because the delivery prices are about 10% higher. I occasionally find this place has the tendency to mess up an order because the people taking orders are rushing from one person or one call to another. In terms of sauces, I suggest citrus chipotle

Overpriced but really good. Also deceptive marketing: 1 wing = 1 drum (drumette) & 1 flat (wingette), by definition. But the menu shows "10 wings," and you get 5 drumettes and 5 wingettes at pick up. Um...each are called wing dings. If youre going to say youre selling 10 chicken wings, then I better get 10 drums and 10 wingettes. But hey, when youre drunk/hungry at 2am, then I guess you wouldnt care. 3 stars for "wings", +1 star for the fantastic waffle fries, especially with vegetarians in party.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Only took 20 mins. to get my delivery, but they forgot an entire order order of bonless wings and screwed up the combo meal that was ordered. When I called, was not treated well and was only asked if they wanted me to have them send out the rest of the order. I asked for a credit but they declined. Then it took 40 mins. to get the food we were missing. First and LAST time I will ever order here.

The best chicken wings in Central Massachusetts, Hands Down!!! It can be a pain to park on Water Street when busy, but the food is worth it. Everytime I go here the food is always fresh and hot. The West Texas Mesquite dry rub boneless wings are my favorite. Theyre open late, which is good if you work second shift. If youre looking for great wings, check this place out! Six Stars for sure!

The Worst Ever!! I ordered the Puddle Jumper and Skymaster the food was ready on time, went home open the food and guess what? the strips was over cooked and the wings were RAW all pink meat so I called back the store asking to speak to a manager but the girl said he is busy and she cant interrupt him?! so I went back to the store and ask for my money back and I said NEVER AGAIN!!

Was impressed by the variety of wings offered, but be careful straying too far from the classics like bbq and buffalo. The honey barbeque wings were our favorites. The parmesean wings, on the other hand, were dry and the ends were crunchy, as the flavor was only in the breading. Perhaps they would have been better they had a flavored sauce. Mediocre attention to customers.

The "boneless wings" are just really amazing chicken tenders. Ive had many of their sauces and dry seasoned wings, all were pretty good, but their golden BBQ and honey mustard sauces are phenomenal. Prices may seem a little high, but you get a lot of very high quality food for the price you pay. I have never been disappointed with this place.

Their wings are incredible, and they have an excellent selection. The staff is pretty friendly. My only complaint about this place is the bright lighting and cold atmosphere, its definetly best to just get takeout or delivery, I usually walk across the street to the vernon with my wings and get some dollar drafts.

The person who answers the phone, her name is Coralys. She is a doll! extremely friendly and personable. If I could Id promote her myself, she made me feel important and as though I actually matter. Made a great impression on me. Somebody get this woman the Nobel Peace Prize for customer service already!
