This is continuously my go to spot when I dont want to make anything and when my friends and I try to think of where to go; outback is always up there on the list. This location is consistent with the quality of their food no matter what time of day and/or week it is. Ive gone during dinner rush hours and slow inbetween hours, always great. I like to get my steaks rare and theyve also consistently cooked it the way I like it. If theres any problems the staff are quick to make any corrections. They are friendly and welcoming here, always clean. If you dont want steak when youre here, their burgers are really good. They also hsve my favorite wedge salad and their seared ahi tuna appetizer is awesome.

I came here with my girlfriend after a long, stressful day. Our server, jarisa, was super friendly. On account of having such a long day I ordered something I didnt fully read and it turned out to be something I didnt like. I apologised and they whipped me up a new plate with a smile. They said sorry, but I was the one who made the mistake. The manager stopped by to make sure we enjoyed our meal. After the day I had, I got to say, felt good to be catered to for that short while. Bit selfish on my part, but Id be lying if I said I didnt enjoy it. 10/10 night out.

Went here for dinner with the family and suffered one of the most disappointing meals Ive had in the area in recent memory. Ordered medium-rare but got well done, dry meat with over-steamed saggy broccoli as a side (which I didnt order). Didnt want to return the food but complained to the manager, who offered a free appetizer on a future visit, but I have zero appetite to spend any more money at this place, so itll take a while before I think of visiting again.

We asked for bread and butter multiple times and finally got it with our entrees. The Aussie fries had very little cheese on them and cheese was dried up. Our waiter was no where to be found so we were eating our app with no utensils. Salad never came, and when we received it after our entrees arrived, it looked soggy like it had been made days ago. It wasnt even busy when we visited. I never write reviews but my goodness this place needs help!

Food was great, but the waitress was bad. I got the wrong drink, once I told the waitress she explained she confused my drink with someone elses, but didnt bother to get me the correct drink. She then forgot to place our order. We waited over an hour for our food. Once we got our food our steaks were cooked wrong ( the steaks were well done when it was suppose to be medium-raw).

Been there twice once with wife and parents after 4 attempts they still could not cook our steaks anywhere close to what we asked the manager gave us a gift card to please give him a second chance and 2 weeks later we went back and 1 he no longer works there but they couldnt even get a burger right they should learn how to read a check only got a star since couldnt respond without one

One of the worst places I have ever eaten at . Waited a hour for are food .They gave my wife a salad with chicken that was not cook and still pink inside also I received my dinner the cold fries also they burnt my friends burger . My friends girl friend order a clam chowder and it made her sick never again are we going there again !!!!

Id go for a blooming onion and a beer, but thats about it. Slow service, asked for medium rare cooked pork and it definitely came to us purple, I also found a "caution hot" foil wrapper in my food. One waitress was helpful and the other acted like it was our fault. Young staff-could use a lesson in customer service.

We love Outback but this location is in trouble. The last 4 visits were awful as far as service goes. I even had the manager snark when they undercooked my wifes steak. They just dont care except for a few employees. Its such a shame because the food always rocks. We will try the Southington location from now on.

Payed $27, I was alone and just got a salad, it was really dry. Wanted the steak on the wood fire it came out super dry and was not cooked on the wood fire, it was grilled. The mashed potatoe had tons of black peper, my throat hurt the whole time. Never ever coming back again. It was my favorite restaurant.

The clam chowder was to die for omg so flavorful its the best I also had the shrimp &lobster bites that was ok my husband had the steak and asparagus & mashed potatoes our waitress was Nichole she was wonderful and very professional had a fantastic time we will be coming back

First Time I Came Here was About 2 yrs ago Service was Great Back then . Been back twice since then. The 2nd Time Got Up and left... took over 20 mins to get entrees. The 3rd time is my last time here well never go back ever very poor service cold food forget items etc

Finally convinced my fiancé to return after she contracted food poisoning from your ahi tuna. Now were sitting in the bathroom as she vomits up your hamburger. Thanks for ruining our Sunday. Will never return. Will not recommend to anyone. In fact Ill now do the opposite.

Good basic comfort food- not on same level as Chucks where beef is concerned. Lg menu and always seems to be busy. Theres a call ahead 30 before you come. Its not my favorite but good for families I believe. Lots of seating..fairly quickly service..refillable sodas.

Havent been disappointed yet at this location. We typically are seated quickly and the food arrives to the table in a reasonable amount of time. Staff has always been friend and efficient. Always enjoy asking for suggestions, the recommendations are always good.

Had a great meal on 6-11-2014. Started with the bacon wrapped shrimp and they were perfect. The ribs were falling off the bone, meaty and delicious. Big can of Fosters made a great meal even better. I plan to make this my "go to" place for ribs from now on.

We had a great evening at the Outback. We were seated quickly and were promptly greeted by our server. As usual, the meal was exactly as wed ordered and delicious. Our server never wavered in her attentiveness, and she was always pleasant and prompt.

We went to dinner here one night on a business trip and we got the worst service ever. No joke it took about 25 minutes just to get our drinks to the table. I definitely would not suggest going to this Outback Steakhouse for any type of event.

Just had dinner with the Family there on Valentines Day. It was busy however we were sat pretty quickly. We were sat and end table, which was a little tight however another Server asked us if we wanted a booth and we were switched

Im a little upset, last night I went to this new restaurant for dinner and I had to use the restroom. And there was a sign in there that said "employees must wash hands". I could not find one employee that would wash my hands!
