My family and I were visiting this location on a Sunday evening from Maine as we were staying at the hotel right next door. We love this restaurant chain but when we came to this location for dinner we were less than satisfied with our waitress attentiveness as we finished our meals and were trying to leave. Im not sure this is normal for a Sunday night in the area but it wasnt planned for. Each step from checking to see if there was anything else we needed to checking to see if we needed a dessert to paying the bill seemed like it took about a half hour when we finished our meal. It would have been more understandable had we not been one of the remaining few tables open still. We thank Longhorn for being right there for our convenience and dinner needs for our trip though.

Giving bad reviews is not in my nature but this was a terrible dinner experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They literally served me a piece of sirloin when I ordered a filet mignon! Maybe they thought I wouldnt know the difference. They offered me a new one and overcooked it to a med well. They gave me paper napkins, I had to ask for linen ones. I also had to ask for their complementary bread when they were serving it to others before they even sat down. The shrimp was overcooked, steak under seasoned and overcooked, dry salad. Overall a terrible dinner that I paid a lot for. I rather drive farther out to Manchester than to go back there.

Ive tried this spot a couple times. Bar service is iffy. This last time I got the filet & lobster tail. Honestly it tasted fine and was cooked well. However, I am 95% certain I was not served a filet. Im not a butcher, but if it was a filet it was the worst Ive ever received. Texture and cut was more like a sirloin. Not worth the money. I had a ribeye last time and was for the most part satisfied, but not impressed. The local outback steakhouse does a better job. Salads came out quick, but medium rare steak, lobster tail & chicken dinner took just under an hour from order to served. Kinda bullshit in my opinion.

I usually go to Maxs in Springfield for Prime Rib but I read a few reviews on line from people who raved about Longhorn. I have been to Longhorn many times in Springfield, however, I work in Windsor and decided to get take out one day last week. My dinner came to $33.00. It was the most disappointing meal Ive had in a long time. When I arrived home and began to unpack the bag my stuffed mushrooms had been forgotten. On top of that, the prime rib was chewy. I will not return.

Ordered steak and ribs but was given steak and chicken So then had to wait for ribs Steak was very tough Hubby asked for glass of water About 10 minutes later waitress brought water and said she was getting herself a water and realized she never brought the water When she finally brought out my ribs she said they wouldnt charge me for the chicken I said I know you wont since I didnt order it Not a good experience at all

On Valentines Day they were quite busy so we took advantage of "call ahead". We didnt have to wait for a table. Our waitress, Senka B., greeted us with a 500 watt smile that would brighten anyones day. She was very efficient, attentive, and accurate in assembling our order. The food was delicious, cooked to our order, and hot out of the kitchen. Just a great way for us to celebrate the special day.

Very poor service. When we arrived we informed the server of my wifes allergy to peppers. When her steak arrived it had the distinctive taste of peppers. We notified the server and she took the steak back along with the rest of her meal. When she came back she only returned with the steak. We had to ask twice for her baked potato and vegetables. It will be a long time before we return to this place

Great Surf & Turf. Both the filet and tail were perfectly cooked. The warm house bread and butter is to die for. The balsamic dressing and house salad were good. Several good craft beers on tap. Perky, fun and friendly bartender. Very clean bar and restroom. The kitchen was very fast. Great value for $$$s. Looking forward to repeat visits. Easy access from 91 and ample parking.

We eaten here before and the food was fine. This Sunday evening was terrible. My husbands ribeye was still alive (requested medrare). My salmon was warm and overly seasoned. Three kids had the chicken tenders and they were unbelievably salty. Terrible terrible meal and very disappointed. We paid and left hungry. Service was very friendly. Husband wouldnt let me complain

We love the food it is the best, super juicy and delicious big portions. Not a cheap eat, but Its high quality food non the less. Even the salad is excellent and the sweet potatoes are amazing, its very rare to get fresh crisp juicy veggies now a days. Very busy after 4 pm but, when your craving Its worth it. Crystal and Diane are our favorite waitresses.

Already been twice in 8 days. Excellent food, cooked to order. Great service and professional and friendly staff. Our server Tori was great and very kind and friendly. Great atmosphere, good drink, good food, good people. They also gladly took an Olive Garden Gift Card, as they are part of the same company: an added bonus to a great time.

It was my 3rd time at the Enfield Long Horn, and all I can is I love this place, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and accommodating, when you visit, ask for Megan or Nicole T. Both are incredibly pleasant and make you feel welcome! Kudos to Long Horn Steakhouse, we will definitely be back!!

We ordered steak online so we could grab and eat at home. The food wasnt done when we arrived, however the were very kind about it (they looked extremely busy) and had it out to us in under 10mins. It was the right food and when we got home it hit the spot. They even included a loaf of their really good bread.

Ive never had bad service nor bad food here. I have very bad food allergies and the staff has been very attentive, creative and accommodating. I always dine here with my "picky" mom (60s) and son (10). And despite having a table of customers with food issues, the waitresses have been patient and knowledgeable.

Ordered a medium rare steak. It was raw! Completely cold and purple inside. They forgot my mashed potatoes which is the only side you get with the meal other than salad. Thanks for the motivation to fire up my grill.
