Service is great! Everyone Ive had so far has been super friendly and attentious. The food is also great, but it isnt for everyone. The BREAD IS FREE, so I dont know what the other reviewer claimed they paid for. And any bad experiences you have, you normally get comped, so shouldve just said something. For those reviews complaining about spices, if you read any of the signage around you it specifically mentions that Outback takes pride in their seasonings and spices, which are bold! Price is within the higher restaurant chain range, which is to be expected. For those who go out often you will understand that you cant compare the prices of an outback to those of a pub 99. The quality of food is entirely different! Id say give it a chance, if its not your style or to your taste dont give a place negative reviews based on the one time. Just stop going there. - I personally am a weekly goer.

I am in here as we speak. I never tried new stuff. But i decided to try the chicken tortilla soup. Omgosh best soup i ever tried. I had the herb crusted chicken. DELICIOUS. My 13 y/o daughter didnt like how her steak came out. The manager just was walking around checking everyones food (which was impressive). This is my first time dining in this location. So when manager heard she wasnt happy, he brought her a new steak and mashed potatoes. It was to die for. The service was excellent. Google my name lol. I dont often leave good reviews, let alone EXCELLENT ONE. I WILL be dining here frequently. The manager was: neil. And our server was: andrew

Its been at least 20 years since Ive been to Outback and now I know why. WOW....very disappointing! My father-in-law seemed to enjoy his pork dish but I thought my salad was awful. My partner had a salad as well and thought it was "nothing great." The lettuce seemed like a cheap quality. The salad came with tomatoes, croutons and onions. I asked for avocado in place of the chicken and got it mashed. To add to that, they forgot my dressing. The portion was small compared to what you can get at the Cheesecake Factory for the same price. On a positive note, our server was really friendly!

I usually love the outback but today was not one of them. I ordered a steak and baked potatoes which i call the outback special and my husband ordered the same. The waitress came back and said they were out of baked potatoes so i ordered fries. She came back again and said they now had mashed i almost left but said ok . It was only 6pm how can a restaurant run out of baked potatoes on a sat so early.

Outback used to be OK. Lately they have been adding way too much spices to their steaks, maybe getting cheaper cuts of meat and trying to hide the flavor. We used to go to outback fairly often but after the last couple of times we will not be back. Gday Mate Update - Some friends insisted we go and give them another chance - still no better . Service is good but the food is no better.

Service was good, food was ok but portions are small and is very pricey for what it is. I orderd a full rack of ribs ($18.99) and got maybe a 1/2 rack any ware else, 9 ribs and fries. Salad was extra. A full rack of ribs is 12-15 ribs. Will go to Texas Road House as they give you much more exlent food for quite a bit less money.

I ordered the 22 ounce ribye cooked medium with double side of fries. The steak was not medium it was rare. And I only got one side of fries and not double as I requested and paid for. I also requested and paid for bread, which I did not get. I can honestly say my overall experience was not very good.

Stopped in for dinner few nights ago, had to wait a bit but not a problem because I had a drink at the bar while I waited. Bartenders are very nice and accommodating. My dinner server was Ashley P. Very good experience with her as well. As ley you are a sweetheart, Im requesting you when I come back.

Ive always gotten good and decent service and food here. We come here consistently. Its really bothersome seeing people leaving bad reviews complaining about the one time they came here and the restaurant was out of something. It happens everywhere. We will always come back. Thanks!

This is my third visit to this Outback, the forks & knife are not clean, they have stains. Same person who is on the bar also trying to help us. Im waiting 50 minutes for my food & the appetizer took 25 minutes to come. Needs to managed better

Good steak, however too much pepper seasoning. Broccoli and cheese excellent.ice tea refreshing and free refills. Couldnt substitute fries with mash or baked, but all in all a good lunch. Now for caramel cookie dessert.

Good Lunch at Bar Experience. The barkeep was friendly. Spaced on my ice tea but recovered nicely. The Cesar salad was crisp and fresh. The chopped steak is very good. Good ambiance and very clean.
