Every time I call this older woman answers the phone and is incredibly rude. Started the call by saying "you cant keep calling over and over the phone is far away and so it takes a minute to get down here" not even hello and just assumed I just have been the one calling continuously when in actuality it was my first attempt then proceeded to yell I cant hear you and that its something with my phone when clearly its their phone... and I asked what the total for the food was going to be since I was picking it up and she was like " youre going to have to wait I dont know how much that is when you tell it to me" which is fine just dont be so rude about it. Will never order from here ever again. She needs to attend customer service 101 since clearly she missed that class.

Service is terrible. I was visiting from New York and my friends said lets go here instead of IHOP. We walked into this establishment and was not acknowledged. We then went to the register to ask for help and was told we can just wait. After being seated, I had to still go get our menus. We were served by Shannon how acted like she didnt want to serve us. Needless to say... I would never recommend or return to this location. Its sad because I really do enjoy giving my money and business to locally owned establishments especially since Im also a business owner. But the way we were treated was horrible! No one should be treated this way when spending their money at a restaurant. This was my first bad review.

We go everyother week but this place is getting worse by the minute. If you do go do not order more then 1 waffle because according to them they only have 1 waffle maker and we were left waiting for our food forever because we ordered 2 waffles and 3 tables that sat after us were served first. When the food did come it was cold and nasty. The old hag that runs the place is so rude unless you are her friend. Stay away go to mcdonalds at least service is better and food is hot.

This place is the worst, service is super slow. Its dirty and utensils are old and not thoroughly cleaned. But thats not the worst of it, their prices change in the last two months I have gotten two menus and I order same thing every week 2 eggs home fries with no toast or meat. Two weeks ago it was 4.50, last week I was charged 5 and just went in now at the same time and was charged 6.40. Place is a rip off. Avoid at all cost!

Very slow service here. Went here a couple weekends ago for the early bird special and it seemed there was one waitress for the entire joint. Showed up at 8:40, by the time we ordered it was past 9, technically missing the early bird...but we still got to order it. Food didnt show up until almost 9:30. Its a shame the service is so slow, because the food is generally good. Oh well, we will not be coming back anytime soon.

Great omelet, unimaginative home fries...... Just deep fried potato cubes. Heard the hash was good but because the meat is shredded so much when I asked for well done they became dry as dust..... Portion was small too. Table was set but dirty when we arrived as well. Service was fine although place was pretty much empty. Most likely wont come here again. Oh, and the coffee was lousy.

Very bad place wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy food was horrible got a stack of pancakes and it take like cardboard, egg sausage was dry and home fries had no taste, very slow service not once they cane over to see if i wanted anything else and food took a half hour to come out

The waitress was rude, forgot my friends coffee and cream 3 times, and the last time my friend asked for his coffee he was given an attitude. Once we got the cream it was chunky, and our orange juice was warmer than even room temperature. It was so bad that we left before even ordering.

Food is usually good, but sometimes quality and presentation suffers when staffing is short. Prices are very good, they take credit cards, plenty of street parking. Service, with one long time staffer in mind, can be less than friendly.
