Our family dines at this place about twice per year and the experience has been good in the past. My wife choose Outback for Mothers Day dinner. What a mistake on my part. I ordered a filet to be cooked medium well. My son and wife ordered the same meal (filet and crab legs). My steak was practically rare and my sons was overcooked. It took forever to flag the waitress down to talk about this. Everyone was practically through eating when she came back around. They returned the steak and charred it. The manager brought it back and i cut into it. I made a casual comment that it was very well done now. He asked if i wanted a new steak and i accepted. This whole process took a long time. We have little ones and they were starting to act up. Everyone was through eating and waiting on me. By this time, i was not even hungry any more after salad and bread. They brought the steak and it was as rare as the first one. I said nothing and ate about half of it. Moreover, the mashed potatoes that we all ordered were very dry as if they were sitting under heat for a long, long time. Now the best part: I am writing this review in between trips to the bathroom this morning (next morning). Have been in there 5 times already and cant stop. I learned a valuable lesson from this - never, ever send a piece of meat back to the kitchen more than once!!! Should have been obvious, yes. Well, they got me back alright. I am miserable today. I have only returned a steak to a kitchen once in my life prior to this. i do not make a habit of doing this as long as it is reasonably close to what i ordered. i think i will never do it again and certainly will never eat at this place again.

My husband and I have eaten at outback in other states and had a very good expierence-however first time going to our local outback and we will never return. Waited an hour for a way over done burger that had to be sent back. Then the manager Michelle comes over and proceeds to tell us that we did NOT wait an hour-she goes down a list of times our drink order was put in, then our appetizer, then our entree. The waiter kept coming and apologizing for the wait! Then to add insult to everything offers to take off the half priced $3 app instead of the burger that was a hocky puck-that yes we did wait for an hour and five minutes for to be exact! Thank you Michelle for saving me from putting another dollar down in your restaraunt again. Hopefully this review saves you from putting another dollar down at this restaurant. Waiste of time and money!

For a restaurant that is supposed to be a steakhouse, I would expect all of the chefs to know how to cook a steak to medium. Outbacks steak and lobster looked good...on TV, but when I received my lobster tails, they looked like tiny little rock lobster tails and my 6oz steak was cooked to shoe leather. I re-ordered the steak and to my unpleasant surprise, it was cooked rare to medium rare. The manager agreed that the steak was undercooked and refunded a large portion of my bill. This was a nice gesture, but it still left me disappointed that a steakhouse couldnt get my steak cooked right. I left hungry and refused to take the undercooked steak home, as I didnt go in looking for a free meal.

Before this past summer, I would give them 5 stars but something has changed. They constantly make mistakes on orders, they bring out your appetizers, soups/salads, and entrees within a three minute period so that when trying to enjoy the different parts of your meal you are forced to hurry or the entree will get cold. Sure they say theyll keep it warm under the heater but that just dries your entree out. Their seems to be no communication when you are being served by five different people and nobody knows what the other is doing. This used to be my favorite place but this has now happened three times in a row since late summer 2016, I dont plan on going back anytime soon.

Fantastic! Great steak, tremendous service. I ordered the most expensive rib eye on the menu. It came to my table way overdone. Even before I could say anything, the server noticed it and immediately told me he would put an order in for a new steak. Only a few minutes later, the manager, Tad Boulet, personally delivered the steak my table and insisted the charge be removed from the bill. When I tried the steak, it was one of THE best I have ever had: perfect cut of meat, done to perfection. Im certain Tad Boulet had a hand in it. This location (Manchester) is now my favorite steakhouse. I plan on visiting often.

Man has this place gone down hill, I remember me and my old man years ago would always order take out and the food was good, it was my birthday last night (12/31) and my wife and I ordered a steak salad a bowl of potato soup a 16 oz prime rib with a loaded baked potato and broccoli and a awesome blossom and there was nothing awesome about it, it was soaked in grease and it was soggy. I use to be a cook and the oil tasted old. The prime rib was fatty. The steak salad

This place has changed and not for the good. My steak was tough but was rare as i ordered it. My wifes steak was dry and like shoe leather. I found out they put a weight on steaks med. Well. What right minded chef puts a weight on a steak. It drains all the juices out. The coconut shrimp way to much breading probably because they use smaller shrimp now. Im staying with Texas Roadhouse.

Wasnt very impressed with food or service this time. Felt prices were to high for quality of food. Then didnt have best waitress either. She seemed annoyed that we were waiting for another person even though resturant wasnt busy. Smthen when taking order seemed to busy trying to sell us more expensive meals then we wanted. When got food forgot some options that were ordered.
